Should Nintendo release a vintage pack of games?

I wish Nintendo would one day sell a disk that contained: Mario, Mario 2, Tecmo Bowl, Blades of Steel, Ice Hockey, Double Dragon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Contra, and Zelda all in one disk.

Would you be interested in a disk containing old school games?

I'd be interested if it had every nes game that nintendo made. Like mario and stuff. Those games are EXTREMELY small so they coule easily fit them all onto one disc.

But i can pretty much play any nes game right now anyway.

That would be neat! I remember during the SNES days that Nintendo released Mario 1 and 2 on the same cartridge and there was also a bonus thing where Mario one would be graphically like Mario 2.

I forget the exact name of the cartridge/game tho. My cousin owned it. Anyways it would be really neat to see those old games out again on one disc.

          OR

Nintendo can keep up with the seemingly new trend of releasing new incarnations of old games. I'd love to see a Double Dragon with today's graphical capabilities and other stuff.

While a great idea I dont see them doing it for two reasons.

That stupid E-Reader thing uses them and the Gameboy still plays on alot of older SNES titles.

Putting all their great titles on one disc would be against their principles. I mean look at that new Zelda disc that has all the old NES titles but notice the one missing is a Link To The Past since it is on the GBA.

I think it would be a good idea to put maybe 10-15 games on a disc and sell it real cheap for around $10-$20. And release around 5 CD's or something like that.

Well my 2 cents is, I cant stand playing old games. Its like going back to watching your 13" black and white tv. Its like going back to that 486 mgz cpu that would'nt be able to open the start menu without loading for 10 minutes. Its like hoping back on your 10 speed when you got a Caddy in the drive way.

Its good to revisit old games, but I cant find my self enjoying it because of the simpleton type graphics and the linear gameplay. But thats just me.
