Saw this on the Xbox 360 Indie Channel today and was expecting something horrible, but it's actually really well-done! And best of all, only $1!
You get to pick 2 special moves and a super move from a list of like 30 moves. All the special move input commands are Street Fighter style charge ups, quarter circles, half circles, dragon punches, dive kicks, etc.
There are like 8 or 9 stances to pick for your fighter, all of which give you different normal attacks.
There are even universal throws, throw escapes and universal overheads ala Street Fighter 3. And you can run, combo, juggle and uppercut like in Mortal Kombat.
Online matchmaking is actually pretty solid, and the lag wasn't much at all. I found a game quickly, and got whooped by some dude who clearly has mastered the game lol
