    What controller to get?

My current controller I use is pretty worn and I really want a new one, just curious which one I should get?

I like the retroness of this one...

I like the size of this...

    or the sony...

Only problem I have with the first two is that they are Mad Catz products and I have heard many people unhappy with their products....but I am really digging that retro one.

Yea the retro looks cool but you have to stop and go back to when you played an NES. Remember how your hands ached after an hour or so of playing due to the shape of the controller.

Stick with good old fashioned Sony controller... Avoid Mad Catz like the plague.

Agreed. Stick with a Sony, definitely the best. And yes, avoid the Mad Catz at all costs necessary. Those things are crap.

Yes, Mad Catz is mad crap!!! Always, stick with the real deal. That retro does look pretty sweet but Doughty is right. Just imagine tryna control the analogs with that thing.

i always buy first party controllers and mem cards. They're definitely worth the little extra money, Mad Catz and other ones tend to be cheap in quality, not as good buttons, etc. I agree too, that retro one seems cool, but there's a reason controllers are shaped like they are now. Nintendo, Sony, and MS have quite a few ergonomic engineers who investigate this stuff, they want us to be able to play as long as we want, without hand fatigue.
