    Has anyone had problems with the gamestop powerup rewards program?

    I joined about 2 years ago and with the exception of signing up and re-signing I have NEVER received points after a purchase. I have called them again and again and again and they can not solve the problem. I am ready to never go into a gamestop again, but was curious if anyone else had a similar issue and how it got resolved.

      Works great for me and I've used a ton of coupons from the points. Did you go online at www.poweruprewards.com and register your card?

          Only issues I've ever had was getting my Game Informer mags. One month they come then the next one would be MIA. It's been like this for several years. At this point I just don't even expect it and sometimes I just go into the local GS and they give me a free copy because they are aware of the problems I have been having.

              Yes I did. It sees that I purchase or trade games, it just doesn't give me the points on it. I have been calling them for months with no resolution. Thanks for the suggestion though.
