All I really want is the aspen trees graphic to work
You don't want the data folder inside "common\skyrim\Data\textures"

Unzip the file you downloaded with all the trees.

Pick the tree you want to use. Inside that tree folder is Data/textures/landscape/tree (I think that's what they are called..I'm at work)
Basically what I did was drill down to the folder just under DATA and copy that folder and paste INTO your DATA folder.

Your actual game folder should only have 1 DATA folder with different subgroups under it like Textures...then inside texture folder there can be any other number of things like landscape, people etc..
When those folders are not present then the game uses the default data in a seperate file in the game.

Right now, level 18 or so Nord. Only killed the first dragon of the main quest and a few companions quests completed

Rocking full Dwarven Armor(with Shield) and a Skyforge Steel Sword with Soul Trap or Mace of Molag Bal.

My rogue in Nightingale Armor with the Nightingale HD retex:

Again but I wanted to point out a glitch that I saw someone mention before, but has now happened to me. I've got this steaming ice effect on my feet that won't go away. It doesn't seem to affect whether or not I am spotted as a stealth character but it's incredibly annoying:

Updated to show comparison with FXAA Injector and Skyrim Enhanced Shaders. You guys should look into those, really does wonders on the atmosphere of the game.

You think ice at your feet is annoying? I've been walking around town with giant ice projectiles logged in my body and arrows stuck in my head. They won't go away

I originally started out as a Heavy Armor guy, but Nightingale Armor looks too nice. Kind of like a Skyrim version of Batman.

Open up the console, type sexchange then type sexchange again and see if it fixes that problem.

My guy had a broken neck effect and doing that fixed his neck and looking normal again.

Yeah I tried that. It goes away for a minute or two and comes right back.
