I also share the earlier poster's regret that I bought BF3 at launch and for console. Very disappointing. Traded it for

Skyrim

and also went back to my PC copy of

BF:BC2

Looking ahead, I asked my wife for either Bulletstorm or WWE 12 for Christmas, will preorder SSX, and like the looks of the futuristic A.D. game (2070?) that was mentioned. Aaaand, between steam and gamersgate I probably have a dozen games I've bought as "daily deals" (<$5) that i've never even installed.

Do not pay full price for Bullet Storm.... The phrase "Limited replay" is an understatement... I am so glad ME3 was delayed til 2012....

Stay away from Skyrim if you don't want to neglect the other games in your rotation.

Man how do you guys find the time? Like all of you I've bought a ton of games recently and am making no headway at all with them! I manage maybe an hour or two a night and then I'm too tired to play. On weekends I get in one or two longer sessions but there is always something to do with the wife or friends.

I look at my shelf and Steam account with all of these great games that I've purchased and just wonder how I'm ever going to get through them. Especially with the freaking Steam sale this weekend, I've already bought 4 or 5 games and I know there will be specials tomorrow that will tempt me.

Skyrim, Batman, The Show, 2K12, Assassins Creed, Uncharted, the list goes on! There has never been a better time to be a gamer, sometimes I wish I was born 10 years later so I could be a teenager with time to burn on all of these awesome titles.

In the past month or two I must have bought about 10 games (some older ones for cheap like Gran Turismo 5 but still). I am seriously in gaming overload and was just watching TV with my wife. The ad for Assassins Creed came on and she asked me if I wanted that for Christmas.

I felt like saying the quote from Harvey Dent at the end of Dark Knight: "You think I want to escape from this? There is no escape from this!"

Skyrim's been a disaster for me because I can't get the Mrs. (who otherwise never touches the Xbox) to stop playing. I've actually reached the point where I'm considering going to Gamestop and getting a second console to keep the peace.

After being off for the last 5 days and still not having time to play most games in my collection I'm starting to think maybe I need to dump a few games. My schedule simply does not allow the time for me to have 8-10 games.

By the time I get to some of these games the next years version will be out. I have yet to play/start a season of both football titles. Haven't even touched the SP of BF3 and haven't played it since MW3 & Skyrim was released. Haven't touched Batman in over a month and Nba2k12 is starting to get action. Fifa 12 gets about 1 game a week and ACR has not even been cracked open.

Skyrim has really F'd up my gaming. Wish they had of never released that game

Same boat. Wife and 7 year old son. I get in maybe 4 hours Monday-Thursday. Then Friday and Saturday night after my wife goes to bed I play till 2 or 3 in the morning so weekends I get in 7-8 hours. So Skyrim has essentially made all my other games sit. I do get in 2-3 hours of Arkham City as I love that game big time so Batman and Skyrim are it for the near future (next 2-3 months) with an occasional splash of either The Show, Madden 12 or NBA2K11.

I have a strong feeling I will maybe purchase 1-2 games next year at a maximum. My previous post shows what I have in my que to yet play.....it is a long list and it will be a very satisfying one as well.

Skyrim will probably be played for over 400 hours as I plan on 2 more play throughs with different character builds.

So I keep adding to my collection, which is resulting in a larger rotation than I'm used to.

and even NBA 2k11 has been in and out of the rotation.

Traded in BF3 today. Total waste for me. I still own BF2 and will play that again when i need a fix. But BF3 was a let down big time. And Skyrim happened!

Good idea... I have 3 xboxes for the same reason. My son also has his on Pc so I can play whatever whenever I want.

Logged out of Skyrim long enough to play some Old Rebublic beta. It is better then I thought it would be and the voice acting is fantastic! Now I have another game I MUST GET
