I love the BF3 knife system. It takes two swipes to kill from 100% health or you basically have to catch someone from behind or laying prone. I've had the occasional front stab, but it's rare.

They could easily fix the annoyance of it, if they would just give bullet penetration some respect. You can shoot someone a few times and they'll run right through bullets and stab you.

Then people wouldn't be anywhere near as good at it.

I will say that the knife system is much better in this game. VERY rarely do I get knifed from the front. Yeah, they occasionally run through my bullets to knife me, but it's nowhere as bad as it used to be. Getting stabbed from behind doesn't bother me either, as they got the jump on me, and I deserved to go down.

Just finished a few rounds of kill confirmed. Level 44 now, just one level from unlocking the Skorpion. Can't wait to try it out.

The last match I played before logging off was on Raid, and our team got annihilated. Lost 100-34. I was the high scorer going 15-21 with 11 confirms. They basically had a nonstop barrage of air support up, so I stuck to the main building on the side with the sports cars. Basically had to defend it from being overrun, or I'd have to run back out into the open and get dropped by air support. Everyone else kept running out in the open and getting dropped.

The way I look at it is you can use or do whatever you want in the game as long as your not cheating. I may not like quickscoping either or the effects of the lightweight perk but I don't blame people for using it I blame the devs for including it in the first place. The devs better start realizing less is more and stop including alot of silly stuff that adds nothing to the game.

That is exactly the way I felt with Commando and Commando Pro in mw2, same with lightweight. I have been a COD fan since the first one on PC and when perks where brought into the game in COD4 I was okay with it, they were simple and not to out there, same with the KS, 3,5,7 lol. But they went a little over board with them after that and it kinda ruined it for me, they don't seem as bad so far in BO2. So thats good, for me anyway,

In my opinion the knife should be completely taken out and return to the CoD2 melee style of two hits with the butt of a gun. Makes a lot more sense than magically pulling out a knife in 0.00001 seconds and insta one hit killing.

Nothing better than smacking someone in the face with the butt of your rifle!

I pre ordered this from Gamestop with the DLC and still have not opened it. I'm probably just gonna throw it up on eBay. Realistically, how much can I expect?

i think quickscoping is semi-realistic, i'm not to sure on my facts so i'm not going to back it up but i think its realistic in the cod world where it takes several bullets to kill someone, ofcourse snipers can pull out their scopes before several bullets hit them.the only way to get rid of quick scoping is removing snipers, there will always be hardscopers and unless you weaken snipers to the point where their useless you can only stop it by removing them from the game.i geuss i did kind of back up my statement anyway...

Nothing in CoD is realistic, in the end it's just an arcade shooter. Quick-scoping is still annoying though.

i mean in the cod universe, you put a sniper in cod and your going to have atleast hardscoping, it happened in black ops 1 even though quickscoping wasnt in it, if they added power to the snipers it would have been frequent in black ops 1.

What is wrong with hardscoping? Just so im clear thats when someone uses the scope longer than 2 secs lol right? If so I see no problem in that. Thats what sniping should be and used to be in COD.

I yearn for the days when the only thing I complained about in COD4 was juggernaught that seems minor now. I just find with each COD game they keep adding things for the sake of it without weighing the pros & cons. I am enjoying blackops 2 far more than the last 2 MW games that's for sure. I think treyarch does a much better job of at least trying to fix and re-balance things whether they succeed at it or not. It's like putting sprinkles on ice cream that if you start to put to much you can't taste the ice cream anymore. Less is more.

Well I traded in a bunch of games towards the pre order and it costed me $30.00 in the end.

The games went towards COD for credit.

Having some lag issues for some reason in this game. Halo, Netflix and everything else I use is running smoothly but in games on COD I am red -baring severely.
