Made a small difference for me in a good way. Sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 times to find a game though.

I guess it's only the people with good internet that are suffering. My internet sucks but i've had no issues.

I'm in the same boat. My internet sucks but I've had no issues with this game:thumbup:

Got great internet, got great connections. Not one drop, freeze, or lag. If I lose a gun fight I lose a gun fight. It happens. Somebody's gotta lose.

I just spent 5 minutes on my phone customizing a class and went to send it and it says server is down. :facepalm:

Setting your search preference to "best" no longer works. If just one person with a lower connection than yourself joins the lobby, you're screwed. This game would be awesome if I didn't have to put twice as many bullets into people as I should have to.

Never played a game online that punished people for having a quality internet connection.

Maybe I should go back to dial up so I can be a monster at this game. What a joke.

I've had much better luck with the "best" search features in getting into matches where my K/D is better (and usually much better) than my average.

As for favorite maps, here's how I like them as of right now:
1. Carrier - Love this map, opportunities for all types of players. Very open, yet provides lots of good cover.
2. Meltdown - It's so easy to flank on this map, but the spawn swapping isn't as bad because of the size.
3. Cargo - Same deal as Meltdown. There are good pinchpoints and it lends itself to any type of player.
4. Slums - The spawns can be atrocious at times, but I have a lot of good games on it. The courtyard allows for some good open space gunfights.
5. Standoff - This is a nice map. There are a lot of good spawn points and I hardly ever face trouble the moment I spawn.
6. Plaza - Great for run and gun. There are a few points to get some sniping in, but for the most part it's guns blazing.
7. Raid - Same as plaza.
8. Express - It's like taking the best of run and gun, and tossing in a ton of objects to find cover behind.
9. Overflow - This map is okay. I like to run around the outside and trouble isn't usually hard to find.
10. Yemen - Lots of corners in this map. I've had good games sniping on it though. Lots of points in the map are open to so many viewpoints.
11. Turbine - This map is just too large to fit run and gun style. I usually find a spot to snipe on it, but even then the amount of cover and view lines usually don't allow me to have good games on it.
12. Drone - I just don't care for this map. I still have pretty decent games on it, but I'd much rather not play it than play it.
13. Aftermath - I loathe this map. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's all the corners and endless mazes of pathways.
14. Hijacked - The spawn swapping makes this map virtually unplayable for me. Also, if you hide in the life boats at the one end of the map, the opposing team will still spawn right in front of you. Not cool. Too many spawn deaths on this map. When the improve the spawn points, this map will move up for sure because I like the layout.

i haven't had an issue with lag, what i'm having an issue with is the over powering of some weapons and situations.

the game shouldn't "reward you for good hip firing".

tdm is filled with SMG's and lasers and just blatant mid range hip firing where everything is on target. there's a lot of gun fights that you could red dot / iron someone and they just turn around and hip fire you to death. the accuracy needs to be toned down. i understand getting hip fired upon when me and someone turn a corner at the same time, but there are scenarios that just make me wonder why i even bother aiming sometimes.

Hip firing is hard though. You have to hit someone in the head or chest or its lights out in my experience. I don't know, so far I'm really enjoying it. I also have a very fast connection.

This has been in the COD series for years now. Same thing as quick scoping. Nothing new, it is in the game every year.

But anyway......hope they patch the hit markers in this game. People running through my bullets is annoying. And I see people are still leaping around like a frog throughout the map I see.

If they follow the usual pattern of the COD series, they should have it fixed before Thanksgiving.
