Oh nice. When you prestige you get a permanent unlock token, and your gun levels and unlocks stay. You don't lose the progress you made with your weapons.

Yes but if you prestige your guns you start them over at level one and have to unlock the attachments all over again. The guns have two levels of prestige.

I'm enjoying blops 2 but like you I have grown tired of the modern/ futuristic games. The reason I love the WWII era so much is the weapons have personality and there own distinct feel plus the sp storytelling and epic orchestral music. It just immerses me more into the game. I think Medal Of Honor should have went back to their roots and made a WWII game. It might have seperated themselves from the pack from the current crop of shooters. They could have put out HD versions of there past WWII MOH games as a tie-in.

Yep, really dumb on EA's part not to just take all of the WWII market. The rebooted MoH series has been a disaster.

The COD crowd is much more likely to buy a differentiated, unique product than an inferior knockoff.

Just went 74-4. It's all downhill from here.

Man, I will never even sniff a round like that . I can occasionally rack up some high kill numbers, but I still die a lot. I think the best round I've ever had in any CoD was something like 30-10.

Thankfully K/D doesn't bother me. I usually score well in objective based modes, as I'm always after the objective. It's sad to see that some people in these modes STILL going after a high number of kills without playing the objective. I had a round in domination where I had the second highest score with only like 8 kills, and still had more points than a dude on the other team with over 25 kills. He didn't have one capture or defend. But that's why I'm loving BLOPS2. They finally got rid of kill streaks and made them score streaks. Makes a big difference IMO.

Ironically playing the objective WILL get you a high K/D ratio now because of score streaks. Play hardpoint and your scorestreak will fill up fast from defending the objectives and taking the objectives. When you unleash the hellstorm, or lightening strike or whatever you can get multiple kills from doing nothing. Lather, rinse, repeat. Much harder to do on deathmatch.

Ok now for some reason today I am getting freezes on PS3. It has happened three times already and really pissing me off. This **** is bout to be put on the shelf until they fix it cause I be damn this mess up my PS3.

I've been having this same problem the last 2 days. I have the connection set to "Best" and the freezes have happened at least 6 times.

I think I can enjoy this game in moderation.

I played a few rounds of Sticks and Stones and Gun Game. I didn't win a single round, but it was a lot of fun. I feel like the connection in the game has gotten better over the past few days and it's a bit more enjoyable.

Yeah I have mine set to best as well. Don't understand why I would have no problems at all until this mourning. There was an update to game settings last night but it was working fine after that. Whatever it is needs to be fixed.

Its funny when I went 74-4 it was hardcore ctf. I use the hellstorm missle and lightning strike and 4 times killed 5 or 6 guys with them. Honestly wish I was normally that good but I'm sitting at like 1.14 k/d. I love playing hardpoint and don't care how much I die as long as the team wins.

Making it scorestreaks was the best move ever. In hq or hardpoint that 200 for a capture is great especially using hardline.

I also like how for ghost to work you have to be moving.

Agreed. One capture on Hardpoint and kill the first guy who comes to attack is an instant UAV.

I like the smoothness of the game when it runs right but the lag can be pretty bad. Got into a 1 on 1 during a match & both of us couldn't get hits at point blank range until finally it registered. On nuketown guys were skipping around like crazy couldn't kill anything it was so bad. I pray they get these issues straightened out soon because it's to frustrating at the moment. I have the PS3 version.
