I dont knife or shotgun but when we play (usually dont run blops2 unless i have a party) all of us have certain areas we excel at. We usually run kc and me and another dudes job is to get kills / score streaks to push the team to one area. Ill collect tags if theyre next to me but we have two others who fight / collect and two other to facilitate a spawn.

On objectives (hp) its the same. 2 capture, 2 defend, 2 roamers. So the not playing an objective doesn't always apply.

You're working as a team, that's fine. These are lone wolfs playing for themselves knowing that the other team may be focusing on objectives and not kills. They wouldn't do it in CK or TDM because they would know that other dudes are looking for kills. That and they'd be negative K/D almost every time. I make sure to shoot their dead body in the face...along with the 870 whores. You can hear them coming a mile away.

42-25 nuketown domination, 3 captures, 8 defends.they just kept coming at us at A and i kept killing them, the fal fully automatics high damage and accuracy is what saved me, its pretty obvious where we were going to make our stand so it would have been too predictable, instead i would come next to the house and catch the invaders on their way there, they had better close range weapons, but the damage and accuracy made it only take 3-4 bullets, while they needed up to 10 considering lag and i would run across them to make the lag even worst for them while they came straight up.we had A and B most of the time until the last couple minutes when they tried a comeback, i didnt have much captures, i would just stay back and cover my team, its suicide to go for the capture on B as i learned after 5 times.my new best match.i feel a bit cheesy, i really should have been maybe 30-23 or so but after we destroyed them in the score i just stayed at A and didnt make an effort to recapture B since they didnt have enough time for a comeback.

Nothing is more frustrating than losing a close quarters combat to a quick scoper while using an SMG.

I liked the article and I really hope League Play doesn't get abandoned by te the devs. I'm not sure why more people don't play it, not sure if many know it exists.

OS what's your take on League Play.

OS what's your take on League Play.

I've played about 10 matches league play solo and the mode isn't anything special IMO. Since ranking is based on W-L, I don't have that much control over that. I've heard the 4v4 is pretty cool. I haven't tried that one yet. I do like the fact that everything is unlocked for you and that you get XP.

The wait is definitely longer haha!

I don't think it will match up until there are 12 players either.

I've been playing hardpoint exclusively so last night I tried some other modes. It's amazing how your k/d goes through the roof in the other modes. In hardpoint since I'm always capturing obj's I'm dieing a lot more.

Hardpoint is like boot camp!

Played Kill Confirmed for the first time last night with Marino... now that's a fun game mode.

Amazing how many players don't collect the dog tags either lol. I've said before I have no problem with campers, but do they not realize the dog tags are worth about triple what a kill is in that mode? Whatever though, I just took their tags, and went in my way

Yah good games tonight man. I'm sorry you had to listen to me gripe the whole time, lol. Hardcore is about all I play. You are really good at this game. You are way better than I am and will ever be. Good job last night!

Nothing is more frustrating than losing a close quarters combat to a quick scoper while using an SMG.

My wife and I watch Person of Interest, and in the last episode Reese took a dude's sniper rifle from him and quickscoped him during the ensuing hand to hand fighting. I was like, {point and laugh}.


As to BF3 vs BLOPS2 question above, for multiplayer, I'm a bit biased but:

BF3: generally better sense of teamwork, looks incredible, easy (too easy?) to ring up scores in ways that don't involve shooting dudes

BLOPS2: way more action, even the big maps are full and the chokepoints are very obvious, most matches are full 6v6 or 9v9, killstreaks, customization and unlocks come much faster, a mode for every player and every mood, best maps of any COD to date.

I would recommend BLOPS2 by far. Its just way more fun. BF3 feels like work and many of the hard core players of it speak about it like its work. BLOPS if you get a good team with headsets can be all about teamwork and objectives, or you can get a crap team and still have a ton of fun lone wolfing it and pad your k/d.

I don't know about you guys, but I have fun just trolling people.

Whether it be in the lobby, or in the game, nothing is more enjoyable than winning and then talking **** and pissing the other guy off and hearing them rage.

I figure, if the way that I usually play can't be enjoyable, I might as well screw around and make it fun. Last night was probably the most fun I've had playing this game. Had a good group of 6, and was sniping (Which I never do but was doing exceptionally well) and then starting using an LMG with authentic and was just letting it fly.

Love just walking into a room and letting a whole clip off laying down cover fire.
