My wife and I are really enjoying the game. This game is pretty superior to MW3, IMO.

We generally prefer to play in Combat Training, and it's great this year that you can play nearly all of the modes against bots; Capture the Flag, TDM, One in the Chamber, Demolition, Kill Confirmed, Domination, Hardpoint, etc. We mix it all up, but in general we prefer Demolition. Hardpoint is fun but it wears you out lol.

The bots are still not sharp, but they actually play the objectives surprisingly well. They also go EVERYWHERE this year, and climb ladders and use windows/elevated positions. They even plant claymores and boobytrap flags and hardpoints LOL. They are more challenging this year without being quite so cheap, too.

Maps are great, I don't think I can even point to one I don't like. Treyarch has really gotten good since W@W.

Like he said, maybe one every 15 times or so. Being that it's that infrequent, it really doesn't bother me. And if it's ultra annoying, I'll just quit and find a new game.

Same here. I see it very rarely. For me it is still 10 times better then the other CoD games. The other games I was always spawning in front of people. I can handle once every 10 games.

Run and Gunners, what are you using?

I am having a lot of luck with the 2 tacticals, smoke a shock, I throw the smoke in the hotspots then the 2 shocks.

For perks it's lightweight (duh) and extreme conditioning (duh) with scavenger to get more smoke which I immediately throw and rinse an repeat.

The smoke grenade has saved the run and gun play style for me because I was getting mowed down nonstop without it.

I have no taticals at all...just a smg laser /grip /and long range bullet combo

Ghost is a must if you run and gun. As is a silencer. All perks no tacticals or lethals.

As much as I've ever been a big fan of zombies, I tried out solo survival this morning and actually had quite a bit of fun. The fire on the ground is insanely annoying, but other than that, it's a fun challenge. I just needed a break from the MP, as I've been struggling.

I wound up going back to kill confirmed after for a few rounds and did better. I went with the Type 25 again and played a but slower, and had a couple good rounds. Then I ran into a buzz saw of a team that beat us 100-60. Three dudes on the team had K/D ratios around 2. I was the high scorer, but that wasn't saying much as I went 12-21 with 9 confirms. Wasn't cheap though, the kids were just good.

I have a new favorite gun. I love the scorpion with a laser and silencer. I run with ghost as well they have no idea where I am.

Scorpion+Silencer+Laser Sight

Ghost, Lightweight, Toughness, Extreme Conditioning, and Engineer.

I raised my K/d from 1.19 to 1.25 in about 5 games of kill confirmed with this. I am up to about 38 hours played so that was a good move.
