I got it and played it. I'm upset with some things. First off they totally got rid of the exploration of each area. Like in ninja storm 2 you could explore Konaha and such and find little side quests to do. That's gone.

There hasn't been a single boss fight either. Like I mean when you fought gaara in Ninja Storm 2 and he was the one tail beast. In this one he's just normal gaara.

You basically pick a story, for example Young Naruto. You then get treated to a video and such and it gives you little stand still slides of what's goin on, your first battle is against Kakashi trying to get the bells. They totally skipped the fight with mizuki. They do this pattern often. Then they do more slides and another battle, so on....

Cool. I did like the exploration and story mode in Ninja Storm 2, but I think I can go without it as I was more interested in the battles themselves. With over 70 playable characters I guess I'll be ok. I'll check it out as soon as I can.

Story mode is short as well. Story also doesn't even go to past the naruto ninja storm 2.

Agree with the story is short comment. Really short. I mean, this game is what you'd expect. Its more balanced then storm 2, but its the same concept. Nothing particularly game changing occurs in this title. Its like a small roster update of storm 2. Most of the characters are exactly the same as storm 2, the exceptions of course being the new Naruto, and the new Sasuke, etc. If you are a fan of the show, AND storm 2, get it. My favorite characters are both Sasuke and Itachi, so I mean I'm content with this game. I will play it often enough, not everyday, but it will get some time. Probably shouldn't have spent the full $65 on it though, not with the all the other games that just came out. I would have rather they waited until the series ended before making this game, as it seem the series is near its end. Storm 3 is a must buy however.

Thats my 2 days of playing, 1 day of not playing critism. The game is damn fun, and is an accurate portrayal of the show. I just think it was too soon for this to release, I mean look at whats happening now in the manga, this game's story doesnt have enough new juice imo to warrant this release.

Yeah, im pretty much trading this in for Operation Racoon city. I like the game in all but to me its just Ninja storm 2.5. While having more characters to me its something they could of just released DLC packs for on Ninja Storm 2. Plus them taking out the exploration and having you replay battles in different story chapters just annoyed me.

Killer Bee's Story was really stupid...lol.
