Any good fat loss kinect games?

Your Shape Evolved 2012. Kick it up to the higher levels and you will loose weight, a lot of it.

Homie go to you tube and you will find a ton of good fat burning workouts. Lots of jumping and running is the best thing to do. You will burn fat fast, and reminder you have to eat good or your just wasting your time.

Not sure if 360 has any Dance Dance Revolution Kinect games but I play it at the arcade for strictly cardio purposes and it does wonders.

Kinect has Dance Central.....which is basically the same thing. Oh and I must say that Michael Phelps swimming game will burn your arms and have you sweating as well.
