I just got one a little more than a month ago and I am loving it. The first thing I did was download a ton of demos. Most of the games these guys are listing have a demo up in the playstation store.

If you are a sports game fan the show is a must. Also I love the god of war series. If you haven't played the first two you can get the hd collection for about 20 bucks. Best buy also is selling the third one used for 20 bucks. Infamous 2 is a very good game.

I would suggest downloading the demos so you could at least get a feel for some of these games. I downloaded the the first infamous game demo and really couldn't get into it but the second one was great and made me purchase it.

i have ps3 only for exclusives so i dont buy games that often for it, but whenever i do i never feel disappointed. ill give u my list of games and theyre all good

-uncharted 2 and 3(still in the middle of sp for this, mp is still as good as 2, if not slightly better)
-the show
-killzone 2 and 3
-infamous
-lil big planet
-resistance 2 and 3(only played mp beta for this but felt mp was better than in 2, sp i have no idea but 2's was good)
-socom 4

i feel like im missing some games i have, but thats a good start to keep u busy

If you are interested in the PS move and Little Big Planet 2, Amazon has a great bundle deal that includes LBP2, PS eye, motion controller and navigation controller for $80. The ps move pieces alone are close to $90 purchased seperately. I bought the move for Tiger Woods 13 and The Show, the kids like LBP2.
