I broke the stupid tab on my XBL headset....

I'll probably just superglue it back together, but I wanted to ask if just any old cell phone headset works as well as the XBL one, or if I'm better off just fixing/replacing my original XBL headset...

Any cellphone headset with the standard jack will do.

The Jabra ones are nice, and can be found everywhere.

I heard a cell phone ear piece works just as well. I mean it should work, you probably can buy a cheap telephone headset also from radio shack. In fact, you could even use regular headphones. All headphones have a very sensitive mic in the left ear side. You just might look stupid with some headphones around you face.

cool, I'll check out the jabra ones, I can use that more for cell phones too. I could actually use that in public, whereas I wouldn't be caught dead walking around in public talking on the cell using the xbl one

Wow I might have to look into one of those myself. My XBL headset is fine, but I hate how it goes behind your head. Its such a pain for lazy people like me who sit in a recliner while playing.

haha i did that to mine a few weeks ago i duct taped it and it worked for awhile but i ended up getting a new one.
