Boys and girls if you're in a tank or LAV and it's about to get destroyed DON'T BAIL OUT! Go down with the ship. Your measly ticket is not worth the other team stealing it, repairing it, and completely flipping the odds in their favor the rest of the game. This especially applies to Rush.

Nothing pisses me off more. It's worse than a squad full of snipers not even caring about the objective.

I always try to jump out and kill the guy with the launcher. 9 times out of 10 he will be busy reloading his launcher and you can catch them unprepared heh.

Or you can hop out and toss a few C4 on it and let the enemy repair and take it. 1 click of a button and that tank now goes up in flames.

Many different approaches to use.

Been going bananas on Rush lately. Gotten my "skill" score up to 289 I believe. I've actually finished a number of rounds lately with the high score on my team, whereas when I first started playing, I was lucky to be in the top 10. Done some serious leveling up of the tanks. Had one round where I sped over to objective A with the tank and promptly wasted 10 or so guys on the other team while my team capped the objective. Felt awesome to REALLY contribute and know that I made a big difference in the matches outcome.

I'm so mad now that I missed out on BF3, but I'll definitely be playing this for a while.

They boost themselves. Usually its a group of 3 to 4 people that will get in a game and have 1 of them on the opposing team. 3 friends will pop a spawn beacon somewhere and let their other friend repeatedly kill them over and over all while another is ressing them and dropping med kits. With a group of a few people + the 200% exp bonus potions, it really doesn't take long to hit 100 with a group of friends working together.

That may be true for some players but a lot of the higher levels are legit. I remember reading that someone calculated the total exp needed to hit 100 is the same as colonel 25 on bf3 which is not very much. Throw in the xp boosts from battle packs? That process gets even faster. I haven't played much and I'm just over 20. My buddy was just over 50 last time I saw. He's probably well above 60 now. When you're getting 8000 to 10000 point games in a 10 minute rush game multiplies by xp boosts, you're gonna level up real fast.

The crashes are still there so it's not completely fixed. Have had a few since the patch.

This is getting really old. Almost done with a conquest game start to finish with 100 tickets to go and it crashes.

I had a great score since I revived idk how many teammates. So pissed off. It's not even funny.

Bumped down the sensitivity back to 40 last night and I a string of some pretty good matches. Teaming up and working on objectives is so critical of getting a good score in BF4. You could get away with lone wolfing a bit in BF3 if you still suck with team mates. Now you really have to stick with your squad.

What makes things frustrating is that some times you just have a bad squad. Was in a squad with some OS'ers last night. Was pretty fun, but man, we got out classed by a team filled with multiple squads of people that were all playing together. It seemed like you couldn't even get a bullet off without them mowing you down.

The lack of a multiplayer lobby is really unexcusable from DICE. I expect more out of them. This is not their first game. The make squad based play paramount, but do not give us the in-game mechanics to squad up. No clue how this decision can make it out of any executive boardroom.

I agree it makes you not want to play. Dice really dropped the ball with this release. My concern is will they ever get these problems fixed. I want to hear that it's fixed not that they reduced the probability of the crashes.

post patch am getting a new and different issue with quick match conquests. I can join a game now, but the black loading screen stays, and I have to quit out of the game. Two hours of play, and I got one blue screen crash, and as long as I stick to TDM, Domination, and Rush everything seem fine.

Friends list in the battlelog (from touchpad, not the online app) was more buggy than normal too. Half the time it said I had no friends, other times it showed everyone as offline, and never showed any servers in which friends were playing on. This has been the way I have gotten into games sans crashing for the last week, and at least got me playing the game with one of you guys, even though most of the time it was not on the same team, let alone the same squad.

Still also seem to have to put a lot of bullets into some of the players to kill them, while I feel like a total glass cannon (without the cannon).

Game looks great, it is a load of fun to plan when it is working, and it should only get better with the DLC. DICE just really needs to clean up some things. I did not expect this game launch to be this bad.

Also, being totally nit picky, but I think DICE is making a mistake doing the XP week makeup during the United States' Thanksgiving holiday. Lots of people travel. I know this probably didn't even come up in the Sweden-based headquarters, but I wish they would have picked some other time for this "make up" to the fans.

You keep your score as long as the server didn't crash. (Which is rare now) All the crash does is kick you out of the game. It doesn't affect your score in any way except maybe ribbons for winning the game. But that's it. It's annoying, but not game breaking to me in any way. It takes, what, 30 seconds to get back into a game?

Recon has its place as well. I don't have a recon class going yet, but I find them to be invaluable to a group. While some people may think sitting on a rooftop isn't really contributing to a round, their ability to "spot" targets all over the map is quite helpful.

I know while I am running Assault or Engineer classes, I can locate targets that I would not have otherwise seen had someone not had a high vantage point and continually spotted targets.

I love good recon players. Players who think recon = sniping are usually bad. They're the ones typically doing "garbage recon", you know, guys that sit it once spot and pick random people off in various areas of the map. They don't setup spawn points, they don't throw out sensors. They simply sit, shoot and give recon a bad name.

Recon guys have so many tools at their disposal. It's a shame that a lot of them waste it.
