So, when you join a friends game and are put on the other team (which makes sense for balancing purposes) the game will automatically pair you guys up at the next available time or only when between games? I didn't know the game kept trying automatically. I thought once you were in it was up to you to find your friend.

What map/mode? I've only played a few rounds with it myself and hated it, but then one game kinda liked it.

Hainan resort, domination.

I just run around and spray people.

Only if you joined off his name, it'll put you in "auto balancing." Next time when you join a friend and you are not on his team. Go to the team setup menu, it'll say "auto balancing" you can cancel out of that if you'd like, but it'll switch you to the other team when there is a spot open. It wait til you are dead though. It will not just randomly kill you just to switch teams. So there may be times when you are still alive and a spot opens up, but it won't switch you over. Someone else may take that spot over before you die.

Well after seeing almost no crashes, after the patch I got a crash in an hour. Hope it's an aberration.

I haven't managed to play one China Rising map today.

But I have to say, Altai Range is now by far my favorite map for Domination.

2 of my last 3 conquest rounds have ended with a mid game crash. So frustrating.

I really had no problems with conquest until Tuesday. I don't know why the release of CR would have anything to do with more errors than before, but I definitely did not have as many issues connecting to (and staying connected throughout) a conquest match before then. Not saying that the CR release is the root of the issue, the game has had so many connection / server issues the whole time. Sounds like some of you aren't having any issues with conquest at all. (I actually am able to easily connect to other game modes - have done so on rush, domination and obliteration so far. But, conquest is by far the mode I prefer to play.)

Conquest is always a mess for me as it crashed 4 of my last 5 games. It's the mode I'll play most but right now it's just to unstable. I've had crashes in domination as well in the past but less frequent.

As I said earlier when we were talking about Rush on Hainan Resort, the lav should not be sitting at an island shooting. That's when the attacking team will lose. You gotta keep on the move and take cover when needed. He's just awfully good at using them.

Other than "practice," are there any tips/hints for getting better at shooting with the various vehicles, specifically the gunner position on the tank and IFV? I'm so bad at shooting with those things, that someone could stand in one place for 60 seconds, and I wouldn't be able to kill them. After tonight, I think I'm just not going to hop in a tank or IFV anymore as I bring nothing to the party.
