I must be doing something wrong. I searched the China Rising map servers and every map had zero players playing.

Really? That seems odd, maybe not a lot of people have the DLC? I dunno.

I find the China Rising maps pretty easy, I just have to search the servers manually instead of quick starting. I've played two of the maps so far and both times it was on conquest.

Knock on wood.....I have yet to have any issues. A little lag about 3 weeks ago but I played a bunch Friday while my wife was at her work Christmas Party and I had zero issues.

Thanks for posting that vid, Boltman. I'll be playing BF for the first time on Wednesday, so those tips will help me to not piss off my teammates. LOL

I've done a whole lot better (increased my K/D from like .61 to .91) as I continue to learn the game and maps. I've got a better grasp on what exactly my role should be with each loadout I'm running. I probably get just as many points per game giving out ammo or health as I do for the kills I get. I've learned to use my cover and when to avoid getting into firefights I can't win. I really, really have enjoyed this game.

Playing the PS4 version I found that nobody spots at all....while on the PC all you see are a bunch running doritos around for you to pick off...

I played yesterday and my squad were the only ones spotting...spotting is the best feature in this game since you can see that dorito through smoke

...and the lack of communication. I hate that squads don't talk and most people run around aimlessly. This game is awesome when you are playing with players who spot and communicate about objectives. Also, I hate when guys don't drop health or ammo!

I spot when I can. I do notice that not many people do it though. Not sure why that is. Talking is effective when in a squad that wants to work as a team. Most people just go off and do thier own thing, at least when you have a squad leader who gives objectives there is a hope that the squad will eventually get together.

I spot and hand out ammo like it is candy. I see people needing it but they run right by it. Makes no sense to me.

I've probably played in 2 or 3 actual team games since I've started. I think a lot of the COD players went AWOL from that game and have come over to BF4, so there's a real degradation of the team play. There's also never anyone on their mics, unless I just can't hear them for some reason. I know BF3 have a VOIP glitch that needed fixed.

Bingo. Even PC is far worse than the older titles. I remember in BF2, squads would move throughout some city maps together to flank the enemy, use smoke grenades to provide cover, using a MG to provide cover so we could run across the street.

BF is turning into a glorified FPS with vehicles rather than being based on teamwork
