OK..so while I do love this game,one thing was frustrating the hell outta me...the TTK seemed like it was taking forever,while it seemed like I was getting 1 shotted by everybody,so I decided to do some detective work and looked into the "network smoothing" option,and I was able to come up with this....hopefully for those that don't know about this will benefit from it as well.......

Yes this is for PC,but I figure the same should hold true for the consoles as well.

If you have a low ping to most servers you play on (50ms or less) you may find that the 0% setting works well for you. This is a bit of a change from BF3 where most players needed the setting to be a bit higher or animations would be very jerky, even with an excellent connection.

If your ping is often 100ms or higher, you may need to keep the slider at its default of 50%. Very rarely will this setting need to be set higher than 50% unless you have a great deal of packet loss on your connection. To test for packet loss, run a test at pingtest.net.

Remember to play with Network Smoothing at the lowest possible percentage while maintaining smooth gameplay. This gives you the lowest latency and best hit registration.

I think that was my first 10,000 plus round.

Oh and chase your PSN name vs your OS name always throws me for a loop.

Only he can dominate on our squad like that while grubbing down at the same time lol.

FueRaDeSeRie4 is Kevin's (Marino) co-worker (name is also AL), not sure if he posts on OS or not.

DiscoJoseph posts on OS as Sausage.

Whenever I'm playing there is always either of them on, or Chase, Kevin, or yourself.

Good little consistent group indeed.

I play with them the most,throw in Marino as well. I very rarely see any others on though,I must not have those on my friends list.

The average battlefield iq is so *** **** terrible. I don't even know why I'm letting it frustrate me, what do I expect when playing with ransoms.


Also I can't believe the AK 5C is the first carbine given to you! It is amazing.

What I find hilarious is playing TDM,and scouring the outer perimeter of the map and seeing all these moronic snipers just waiting to get knifed.

Then at the end of the match their team lost by 20-25 and you see those said snipers going 3-12....gotta love the mentality.

The med bags are significantly more powerful than the packs. They give you health while under fire. At range that can mean surviving multiple extra shots. I'd still say the defib is more important than either of them but hardly anyone uses it .

Also the med bags get more benefit from the combat medic perk line, you get double the bags rather than just 50% more.

We do have a nice little consistent group. I see dookie, koolie, nuni, bob, and several others randomly playing most of the time but don't see them in our games to often. Get with the program guys

I actually play recon a a lot, but the fact there's people that try to snipe in tdm is utterly ridiculous. They don't realize how much they are hurting their team. At least on modes like rush recon can be useful when used correctly.

Now I'm not expecting everyone to be great at the game but it's just the real simple stuff that annoys me.
For example, the other day I'm the gunner in a tank and the tank gets into to a head on tank battle. I get out to start repairing him and since I'm repairing him if he just stands still there's no way he losses the tank battle. Yet he decides to drive away in some direction leaving me exposed and I die, then 5 seconds later he dies since there was no one to repair him....

Yeah, true. The con is that you can't heal on the move and you can throw the little ones a lot further to teammates.
