Why don't you like them?

The layouts are horrible and the lag like a mother. I played with you guys last night on that map where the B flag is on top of that mountain. Went 9-8 due to the fact that every step i took was lagging like crazy. Especially around the beach area. I pretty much knew what i waa getting into tho. I dont think ive ever like a water map on battlefield besides Wake Island

What is the significance of the Scorpio symbol? The bottle with 500 written on it? The symbol on the ladder? The shape of the ladder and the paper thing?

I kinda agree with you with the lag, it was pretty bad last night, for me anyway. I went negative in a few rounds last night, not only due to a lot of lag, but also because communication among my teammates (OS'ers) was a little distorted due to the fact someone had their face full of a sandwich and I couldn't get the proper orders..............................

Since you are a domination guy I can see why you wouldn't like the maps. From what you post it sounds like you want close quarters combat only.

Not really thats a myth. I hate when people say close quarters. Only map in this game that is close quarters in this game is metro and locker Imo. Other maps that arent 64 players you still have plenty of space to move around. And i hate metro now. These new maps are EXTREMELY sniper friendly. That one map reminds me a a BFBC2 map which i hated. Maps like Zvod is a map i can play on any mode although i admit its not one of my favorites.

Don't get me started on faces full of sandwiches.

I see three enemies standing over a fallen friend, fight my way through them. Empty my AR160, no time to reload... another enemy, empty my sidearm into him.

Break out the defib, bring back my buddy. Throw down some health, good to go... Feeling good, proud of my diligent actions.

More enemies coming over the hill... Tell my friend who is back into the fray of battle... We can do this, 2 enemies ahead and 2 coming from the flank. You got my back, you ready!?

I die in the heated close range firefight, notice my "friend" never moved an inch. He's still laying there on the floor right where I found his stinking corpse and brought him back from death.

Lying there...

Never moved a damn inch, I ask "What happened, why didn't you help me!?"

Mouth mumbles "haha *garbled mess* I died so I *more stuffed face garbled mess* I was eating".

I just realized Im way behind on assignments. I think the only weapon I unlocked from second assault was the sniper. I don't even have that one bomber kill assignment from china rising

Damn, actually I don't think I got any of those assignments. Never got the ucav or suav

Crazy amount of lag on the new maps. Really feels like significant packet loss. It's interesting that the maps with the most rubberbanding (including the classic maps) all have a lot of water. I know the wave data is actually being sent over the network so that everyone sees similar wake. Other than that, I'm not sure what else could be different.

This game would be so good without the lag. It's a shame.

Obviously this is not as awesome as Dog's SRAW video, however I did get two different choppers with RPG's pretty close together. (I was aiming for the tails)

Let's do an OS weapon popularity chart. Everyone post which weapons you have 250 kills or more with. Or if you have 200+ with it and are actively using it. I'll throw it into an excel file and make a similar chart. (Weapons only. No grenades, launchers, gadgets, etc). And no pistols

I'm sure there's gotta be something redeeming about it otherwise he still wouldn't be playing it or participating in here for that matter.

But it's true, not sure if I've ever read anything positive from you erick regarding BF4.


As far as what you asked on the AR160. It is by far my favorite assault rifle, had a 43 kill game last night with it. I know I've said this a few times already, but what I love most is its amazingly steady range.

Getting close to 200 kills with it already. I never really play assault often, but the AR160 changed that for me. The one thing I'm not too keen on is the reload time, in close combat it could get you in trouble. But that's probably why reload is slow, because it's geared for longer range encounters where you'd have plenty of time for reloading.

It is...but its the only thing out there to play...It has its moments and its still the best FPS out right now.


Better?

Still sucks in comparison to 3. Not like i dont want to enjoy it as much as i did 3 (as eveident again ive have 2 copies on 2 different systems both with premium) but the constant problems are HIGHLY frustrating when i had enourmous hopes for this game. Not that i hate it all aspects of just more so disappointed. Spent alot of cash for this game. Around this life cycle in BF3 there werent half as many problems
