Frames are sub 60 for most people so far on PC and with my Game capture running it hangs in the mid 30s to low 50s. Not really bad gameplay on Siege Of Shanghai but for some reason I can tell that this will not be my favorite map haha.

Anyone else have extreme lag during the matches? It goes from ultra smooth to my character jumping through walls, enemies back and forth, etc.. unplayable right now when it does that.

Looks like from that video above the Xbox download size is 1.56 GB. I'm excited for this, I might not get to it tonight but I'm willing to stay up late to try it out.

I would like to know if anyone has been able to get this on Xbox without having to change your location to the UK. I looked for it for a couple minutes at home while on my lunch break, but couldn't find it.

Does anyone on PS3 have the beta yet? I'm downloading the BF4 "demo" but I don't know if that is the same thing. Hopefully this works better than GTAO. I won't get this game for PS3, but it will be nice to just get a little sample of it.

I believe that is it. I am downloading right now as well. Gonna try to hopefully play some GTA Online, then play the BF4 beta bit later on tonight.

Downloading now for PS3 and this can`t get done soon enough. I can`t wait for this game to drop this fall. BF3 got more run that any non sports game ever for me.

PC beta is getting really buggy. Can't respawn, servers crashing, die but don't go back to respawn screen, game is stuck at loading screen, etc.

Hopefully they can get all this stuff fixed before the final game launches. This is why having a beta is so important. I have played a little on the ps3, and only one time have I not been able to respawn right away. Outside of that it is pretty smooth on PS3. Only thing I am not liking is some the changes they made to the controls on PS3.

Well even with some limited beta time I can safely say I'm very much looking forward to the completed game, especially the upgrade on PS4.

The controls are whacky different and that had me all messed up. It's a new learning curve and I'm fine with that, just takes getting used to. I keep hitting select to spot guys and the damn battlelog menu comes up.

R2 tap is now spot, while holding R2 lets you issue commands or other orders/acknowledgments. It's actually a nice little feature, but as long as you're using a mic it probably doesn't serve much purpose.

There are some weird things going on, like stunted animations, no names, definite lag, frame-rate drops, etc. I think my sound cut out a couple times, as well. For the final version I expect much of this to be polished.

I was on the building in the center when it fell the first time - attempted to jump off only to have debris crush me anyway. It is pretty epic. Can't wait to utilize the full level of destructibility. There are also quite a few little things on the map that are nice, like raising barriers to prevent vehicles from rolling wherever they like.

Ambient sound is great. Bass rocks hard. A little sad no elevator music.

I think this game will be fun on Ps3, but I am glad I am getting it for Ps4.

What I have taken away from BF4 beta on Ps3:

1. The Ps3 can't handle this game graphically

I say this because from watching some videos from Rival X Factor and Lvlcap on PC their gameplay looks vibrant and detailed. The Ps3 version looks very washed out and colorless. Also, the skyscraper falling down looks like crap.

2. Control change

Will get used to it just hard to get used to.

3. The map is too big for 12 v 12.

This has always been a complaint of mine for bigger conquest maps. Obviously this won't be an issue on Ps4/Xbox1 due to supporting larger games.

4. Hit detection seems better

5. Gameplay is fun, but I think this map is a poor map choice for a beta.
