Sounds like almost everyone here will be going PS4 so I'm glad I made the right choice with the system (when I can get one).

        Re: Battlefield 4

I played the first level of the campaign so I could unlock the Rex for multiplayer. It was very good graphically but it felt very empty and bland compared to MP

As for multiplayer, I got a decent amount of time logged last night and I've got to say...it feels like the same ol' Battlefield. And that's a good thing

The gunplay seems more difficult--wilder recoil, wilder bullet spread. I dislike how you have to play to a certain point in each class to unlock each type of all-class weapon (Engineer = carbine unlock, Support = shotgun unlock, Recon = DMR unlock)

It also seems that it'll take a while to reach a point where each class is fully equipped to my liking. The medic bag is pretty far down the assault unlock tree, C4 the last unlock on the support unlock tree, and the radio beacon and T-UGS are decently far down the recon unlock tree

The two things that really take getting used to is the reload thing and the medic defib charge up. I always get too paranoid and only end up reviving my teammates at like 75 or so

          Yikes and yikes!

Wonder how many ammo crates I can drop at a time in BF4?

Wilder recoil and bullet spray sounds like it'll make things rough on us support guys with LMGs.

Either that or the added randomness will actually help me hit people.

Another thing to add...the attack boats are so ****ing fun to use. And I haven't even driven one yet. Just been a side gunner

Nope. If you see the guy you can tell who has it because it looks like he has a big backpack on. Only if the bomb is dropped (when the carrier dies) does the enemy know where the bomb is. It then shows up on the map for everyone to see, but once it is picked up it is then invisible to the enemy as far as being on the screen or on the HUD. It is easy to tell who has the bomb if you see the person though, the backpack is HUGE, lol.

This is a BF3 video and was posted in the BF3 thread here, but I wanted to share it since more people will probably be checking this thread. That guy is awesome.

That sounds awesome. I think there was a mode called VIP or something in ...I wanna saw Rainbow 6 like this. When the game loads you never know who is gonna be the VIP. Gotta creep along the map.

Sounds like a job for T Magic. "E.K.I.A in the A.O.!" "Tango down" "Oscar Mike to your Location" "Hostiles in the A.O." "Enemy Havoc, 2 clicks out"

I would pay money to hear Magic say these things.

Except he's too busy trollololing and giggling hysterically when he gets tags.

And I only say that because I'm jealous that I never could.

Man I suck balls for my kill/death ratio, but I am pretty good at throwing around health packs and reviving folks.
