Holy ****. Just watched it and it looks great. I have a question about the origin preorder and beta. When you preorder PC games do you have to pay it off to preorder it or can you do like console games do and put like 5 bucks on it? Really want the beta but my funds prob won't allow me to pay it off for a whole.

ugh...same Russian player models....the heavy and sniper models didn't change and the assault seems to be the only one with a new look...

Don't care much for the single player footage as I'm more interested in the multiplayer part....I want to see more destructibility and different player models on both sides....I need to see if there are more factions other than the RUSSIANS....

Props for them showing PC footage though...other than that...meh...the only BF single player campaign I care about are from these guys...

Not if you see your comrades...I just hate seeing a bunch of damn clones and it gets boring seeing the same model...it would be nice to see some variety in the field...IMO

again whats wrong with having some VARIETY!

It depends on which service you are using, for Origin my experience has been that it charges you right away... for some steam games it will do a pending transaction and then wont charge you for the full game until it is released.

to answer your question more directly, you cannot put $5 down and call it done... to the best of my knowledge.

I expected nothing less from DICE and the rest of the Battlefield team.

It's easily my favorite FPS franchise of all time. They know how to deliver.

I'm glad they showed us such a long gameplay trailer. It just shows how long they have been working on this and how dedicated they are to perfection, considering the release of the game is several months away and at the same time they have still been releasing DLC maps, weapons, vehicles, etc. for Battlefield 3 up until this current month.

They are heavily involved with their fans through the Battlelog website and other forms of social media.

My favorite part is destroying obstacles and making a new path so he could flank the enemy and steal their vehicle. That's what makes the series so special to me, destructible environments.

The only thing that might be a bit of a downer is most of us will be on different platforms this time around. PC-PS3-PS4-Xbox...
