1. Knights of the Old Republic (I was absolutely obsessed with those games; really wish they hadn't converted to MMORPG genre)

After that, I got basically nothing but some sports games. NBA 2K is my favorite sports series.

Yeah, I have a really difficult time sticking it through RPGs. I always make it like 2/3s of the way through the story and then my interest fizzles.

KOTOR, Batman, and Fable are really the only three series that have kept my interest throughout.

I've gotten through a really good chunk of the first Assassin's Creed (my brother turned me on to those games), but I eventually got tired of it. I tend to go back after a long hiatus and finish them off. Did the same with GTA IV (which was my first GTA).

GTA V is definitely one of the games I'm most excited to play when it comes out though. So that could end up on my list in due time.

Mass Effect is the greatest ever!!!! And i didn't even like the first one that much.

Uncharted is my favorite PS3 series.

If only 2 Batman games is enough to call a series then it's fighting Uncharted for number 2.

I have a little love hate going with Call of Duty these days. MW3 has kind of let me down bit I have to include it based on all of the hours i have sunk into it.

Only played sports for years and have put alot of time into the major ones with my favorite all time being...........
NBA Live! i'm not going to argue the sim side but me and my boys have had a blast with that game over the years.

There are certainly a lot of good ones.

I like Mass Effect the best in terms of continuing story. In terms of getting the most enjoyment/value out of a series it's probably The Elder Scrolls series.

An honorable mention goes to Final Fantasy and, purely for nostalgia, the Shining Force games. I really dug those too (Mainly the first few US releases).

2) Dead Space I, II (looking forward to III)
3) Mass Effect 2/3 (never played the first)
4) Batman AA/AC
5) The Metal Gear series (from NES to PS/PS2 to now PS3)
