Just wondering, how many Parts are in the game? I've been playing it a little(i rented it) and it seems like a really good movie, I don't even care about the action parts, I just want to get to the next cut scene or comic part, which is good and bad I guess. Very deep and good story, but the gameplay honestly does feel like an afterthough(it's actually very good, so it's not like it's bad gameplay, it's just overshadowed by the game being a straight "run into new room and kill everyone, then repeat" type game, the story becomes more important than the fighting after a while). it seems like a perfect game to rent, you can go ahead and beat it and get the involving story and some cool action, I just don't see wanting to do it twice or pay $50 to see it.

The game is broken into 3 parts but there are many chapters within each part. Each chapter is preceeded and/or proceeded by those comic strip scenes you speak of. There are plenty of them. The game is pretty much one-dimensional(shoot first, don't bother asking questions later because they are dead) but it is fun.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
