Xbox setup??

Is the Xbox setup like the PS2's?? I use the red, white and yellow plugs into my VCR with my PS2 and was wondering how the Xbox works?

Yup,, yellow is video, red and white are audio. (this is out of the box) Not sure if you can pick up any other types of cables.

So basically there is the power cord that goes to the outlet and the red/white/yellow card that plugs into the VCR from the console. I'm looking forward to switching from PS2 to Xbox, it cant come soon enough.

Yes, the wires, and way you set it up is exactly the same as the PS2.

Are you serious? You cannot figure out how to hook up a system that is exactly the same as every other system out there for the past 10 years in terms of hookups?

He might be younger and doesnt know. As the other guys said it has the 3 colour chords as i call them. The Xbox works pretty much the same as other consoles 2 buttons one for power one for eject.
