The box there is essentially a dialog box but it's also a mini-game. You move the sperm thingie around to guide it to the right areas as you're talking to a chick if you mess up your confidence/heart meter goes down.
I have the CGM article on the game but there's also a pretty good overview of what's in store in an online article which I will link to at the end of the post.
The game will be a strong M rating and will be the Raunchiest Larry title ever with full blown nudity without the need for easter eggs.

The box there is essentially a dialog box but it's also a mini-game. You move the sperm thingie around to guide it to the right areas as you're talking to a chick if you mess up your confidence/heart meter goes down.
