    Same here. I didn't like the ending, but I did find satisfaction in finishing it. (Even though I spent half the time "watching" it)

      I thought MGS1 was made a lot better...that's probably why I can't wait for The Twin Snakes to come out.

                  That is seriously one of the greatest games for these generation consoles. I find I get bored with a game if there isn't a story that makes me want to find out why I am playing and what is going to happen. This game does exactly that. Plus, it plays very well. I just wish they didn't edit out some of the cut scenes in New York. 9/11 was the reason for that...

                  Anyway, great game. Hey, I think I'm going to play it over again over Christmas.

I find I get bored with a game if there isn't a story that makes me want to find out why I am playing and what is going to happen. This game does exactly that. Plus, it plays very well.
