    ZombiU (Wii U)

I swear we had a thread for this and I am not able to find it via search.

This UK trailer looks cool, hoping that this makes it to the PS3 with Vita support like the gamepad.

I pre-ordered the Wii-U (I'm on a wait list now) and this game was a big reason why. The concept is awesome! I'll be interested to see the kind of reviews it gets.

All over this. Probably COD also since you can play MP with one person using the pad and another using the TV screen.
So far I have on reserve:
      Deluxe System:
Zombie U , Rayman, Sing Party, Lego City Undercover, SMBU, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Pikmen 3

It's a guarantee lock it's coming to 360 and PS3 next spring. Ubi has already stated it can be played without the 2nd screen, pad only, and with 360 having Smart Glass that works in real time, there's no doubt in my mind we'll see it multiplatform.

Yeah it can be played without the pad. The second screen just another immersion element. Like COD being able to use the pad as a screen and someone else using the TV screen when playing MP. Just an additional way to enjoy the game.

If I have any trust into a 3rd party developer of doing something unique for the rest of the platforms, Ubisoft is it, and like you said there could be Smartglass for the 360 and Vita for the PS3.

Yah, with Smartglass/Vita, I would all but guarantee that we see this on Xbox/PS3.

I feel the same way about Rayman Origins. No way in HELL that stays a WiiU exclusive.

I hope, cause this video looks cool, but I've been burned too many times by Nintendo systems, so refuse to buy any more.

I can't say I've ever been burned (Via games or especially repairs) by Nintendo.
Now yes if you go into it expecting the ton of 3rd party games then yeah you're going to be disappointed. I really don't think anyone should get a Nintendo system for 3rd party supported games. Well at least I don't. It's all about Nintendo games when I decide to grab a Nintendo system.
Then again I buy everything and things don't pan out all the time (VITA).

I guess what I'm saying is I use the 360/PS3 for the bulk of gaming and Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games. So I never had that expectation for anything more than that.

True, and that's fine...Just can't talk myself into buying a system for the first party games again. Part of it is more just my own finances/priorities...I'm paying for a house and a wedding in May lol.

ZombieU looks great though, I'd love to get it.

Yep. If I didn't have a "thing" for some of the Nintendo games I wouldn't have jumped (at least not this soon). Actually more like "If I didn't have a thing for new stuff"

                      And Congrats!

Thanks! And I'll be looking for all your WiiU impressions...it does sound cooler than the Wii for me, and also a precursor to Smartglass implementations too.

Played last night for the first time and it was very fun. The tension and feel of doom is awesome.

I'm on my 3rd survivor already as 1: I panicked when a small group overtook me and 2: I was careless with my second survivor

Hope I make it to the second survivor to get my stuff back as I had a few flares and a couple boxes of ammo and some food.

The game does a great job of giving you the feeling of being alone and dread around every corner.
The gamepad is used as your inventory screen, radar and a sensor to read locks and search area for potential loot.

Graphic wise its not bad but not great. Then again so far I've been about 90% in the dark or near dark.
If you loved what RE used to be you'll love this.
You will die so the real question is how many survivors will it take to complete the game.
