Bad news for Xbox Owners (EA related)
Paid a visit to my cousin today who is a manager at EA (Burnaby location) and I asked her if EA and Microsoft had ironed out there difference regarding online gaming, and she told me Microsoft has refused to budge from their stance, thus the games in developmemt right now (they're already hard at work on Madden 2005) have no online function for the Xbox.

Re: Bad news for Xbox Owners (EA related)
Well I would say for MVP there's little to no chance unless they have been working on it all along and it's been disable.
But for Madden, NCAA and others, there's still time if MS and EA reach an agrement.
I don't play online so it doens't really make any difference for me but it's all about money and control and not really providing the best experience for the game. However, XBL from what I've seen puts EAs PS2 effort to shame. It's good but XBL is easy and and convenient. -

Re: Bad news for Xbox Owners (EA related)
Considering EA makes no games that I would want to play online, I shed no tears.
Maybe FIFA, but only if Winning Eleven never made it to the Xbox with XBL capability. Otherwise, I prefer another company's game in every sports genre.
Take care,
