The nodes and chests despawn 10 or 15 seconds after being gathered/opened. Everybody doing the route at roughly the same time can get them.

The popular Earth's rocket yard loop can get crowded for sure. While farming fallen kills for queen bounties the last couple days, I've established a loop on the moon that works for me. I've got a spot on Venus I'm figuring out. Mars is a pain because the material blends in so well.

It just takes some time in an are on each planet to learn where chests and nodes may spawn.

I really like the place on Mars I do, I'll post a vid, it's a quick loop with a lot of spots and several spots where relic iron nodes spawn.

When you say "nodes", what are those? I know what chests are and enemy drops (engrams) but not quite sure what a node is

Nodes are the material gathering spots. Spin metal, helium filaments, etc.
Each planet has its own material that can be gathered at these nodes spread around its surface. You hold square on them like you would a chest to gather the material.

I found a nice spot to farm loot/spirit blooms on Venus. Very easy to get to also. Do the patrol and go left for a quarter mile. Then you will see a platform with a bunch of fallen on it. They will come from a cave quite quickly when you aren't looking in their direction. Look around from the platform to spot spirit blooms preferably with a sniper rifle rinse and repeat.

Destiny

Finally got my first legendary queens chest piece for my warlock from completing the strike! It pushed my level to 24. Now I just need a legendary weapon...

I am almost rank 1 with FWC and I can purchase there... I stumbled into the crucible to complete the 5 match Rumble bounty...

Hunter blade dancers are soooooo cheap!!!! I got destroyed 2 matches. All I saw were disappearing, shotgun blasts, and that annoying blade dancer super.

I need to level up my Sun Singer class so I can use my abilities. Void Walker is leveled to the max. Can't say that I had the most fun those matches.

While on the subject of gathering mats, once you reach rank 2 in kills (2500) on a planet you get extra drops from the nodes there.

If you have the app you can check your kills in the grimoire. Places, the planet, and the back of one of the location cards will have your stats towards the bonus.

I don't care about the loot cave nerf but taking the shards out of dismantling the Queens gear is cruel.

I think we'll see stuff like the queen often. It's clearly made to reappear from time to time. We'll get other factions or something popping in or being 'on special' and offering bounties for easier/reliably obtained legendaries I expect. Kind of like the holiday events in WoW. There will be a few items to get and then only a grind objective or something to achieve from there IMO.

Not a blanket reduction. It's only after a wipe during missions. Basically to stop people from cliff diving in certain missions to restart at a large spawn point. It was popular before the cave was found.
