RNG decided I had enough luck last week for granting me Thunderlord and Patience & Time, so this week, my Nightfall rewards for my 3 characters were 12 coins, ascendant shards, and an awful auto rifle. Oh joy.
Took my frustrations out in the Crucible after with my buddies. Wound up with 39 kills in one game and 7000+ points on Firebase Delphi. I think I was able to unleash 5 or 6 nova bombs thanks to the Obsidian.
Still haven't run the raid this week at all. I'd like to finish it on hard at some point, as I've yet to do so. Me and two of my friends solo'ed three manned it on hard last week up to Crota with relative ease, but Crota himself is a different story. We've yet to down him. We usually have three of us that will communicate, but finding three more who will actually work with us has been a struggle.Comment

It's so OP it's not even funny. If you can nail a group of 3 or 4 guardians with one nova bomb, you're well on you're way to another one.
My favorite had to be sprinting into a titan bubble on flag A on the Venus map and annihilating all 3 guardians with a nova bomb who thought they were safe. Snagged the flag by myself.
It's weird, cause I'm usually not that good at MP games. Average I'd say, usually around a 1.0 K/D in CoD for comparison. Yet lately, I've gone at least 2.0, if not 3.0 in the Crucible in almost every game. I've learned in control that it is just as valuable staying alive and sacrificing a few kills to make sure I don't die. I completely avoid engaging multiple guardians unless I have a group with me or a grenade at the ready.

I ran the raid twice in the last couple of days on normal. I see now that it is crucial to have good teamwork and the sword bearer being at least a 32.
Needless to say we came close but did not defeat him. I also found out that I did not get drops either because I ran it the day before. :-(
I will just run it fresh next week hopefully with a more skilled team.

I was about to log off last night and a buddy asked me to join his VoG hard. I was hoping for Fatebringer finally but only got useless shards. Did get a second Vex Meth at the end though. So thats nice.Comment

Will pick up a new exotic roll of my helmet if Xur has it tomorrow or a new exotic and I'll hit 31 this weekend.
