It blows my mind that some of the maps that are in this week's inferno control are not in regular control. Some of them are really fun.

I still don't understand why Bungie would not includ every map into these playlists. It's so frustrating playing the same maps again and again, when you know others exist.

I know it's a different game but Bungie needs to take a page out of their own book. Part of the reason Halo 2 and 3 were so good for such a long period of time, was because multiplayer had a ton of different, UNIQUE playlists. With different game modes and tons of maps. Even if the maps werr existing maps just with different variations of them. Destiny is severely lacking in maps /game modes in the crucible.

Despite all that I've recently began playing again, and am having a blast. Both PvE and PvP. Still, we could stand to use some variety.

Maps, yes. Playlists, not so much. Halo's multiplayer is 90% of that game. Crucible is only half of Destiny. If they made a bunch of playlists, it'd make matchmaking that much harder.

I know it makes matchmaking more difficult. I just miss: swat, shotty / snipers, double team, multi-team etc etc etc.

Sure, shotty / snipers is damn near impossible now with the weapons and stats etc, but you get my drift. They were constantly add and modifying the playlists and IMO it helped keep it fresh for so long.

Is Bastion in the inferno playlist? My favorite map, haven't played it in months.

Ive only seen Bastion and First Light in Combined Arms whenever Combined Arms is active

Got carried through the Nightfall on my 28 hunter today and got Last Word, which I promptly sharded, since I already have one I barely use. Then ran Vault and got Atheon's Epilogue which I'm pretty stoked about. Would've been helpful on the Weekly Heroic this week.
