Just did PoE 32... didn't get rewards because I had to run as soon as we beat the boss.

Got my Hunter up to level 27 but struggling to get any other legendary gear to ascend that. I like how you don't need the DLC just to use weapons or gear you earn. Ima gonna have to get the DLC to try out these new strikes, and raids.

Been mainly playing the crucible since I can't do the Nightfall and the Heroic is difficult. Tried it with a friend and we can't defeat the last boss. Had no idea Hand cannons were so damn good.

What faction is the best to rank up? I'm ranking up Dead Orbit right now. Not sure if it is worth it.

Should I farm the ether chest hoping to get some good gear or just keep playing the crucible?

There is a lot you can do, here's my advice:

First, get your vanguard up to at least 2 so you can buy legendary armor with your marks. The factions use crucible marks so it's good to level up of those as well. They are all nice, people usually choose a faction based on the shaders you can get. Dead orbit has arguably the most coveted shader, revenant, it's all black...super rare to get though. Once you get to level 3 and on from each faction and vanguard/crucible you'll get a package. This package can include, legendary gear, weapons, class item, motes of light, strange coins, and a shader/ship from one of the 3 factions.

Xur comes each week and brings exotic armor and a weapon, the armor costs 13 strange coins and the guns are 17 for secondary and heavy, and 23 for primary. Save your coins for that and buy some goodies. He comes Friday at 5am until Sunday 5am.

Ether chests are now a great way at possibly earning treasure keys (used for the new DLC) and legendary engrams, I'd say do some of those too. You'll get a lot of blue engrams as well which give you a chance at legendaries and leveling up the cryptarch. You'll get a cryptarch package from level 3 and on as well.

Crucible is a good way to gain experience and they have upped the legendary weapon drop rate so you could get some good stuff from there too.

Everyone one on here is really helpful and cool and we'll help you along the way. Now is a great time to be starting with all the new changes they've made with the DLC.

I'm pretty sure the boss at the end of the 34 PoE is impossible without a Titan. We never got him below about 75% health

Grinder for 30 mins and got two Treasure Keys. Gonna give it another go tomorrow and work on my other characters as well while I'm at it.

So rare in fact I got two of them, from back to back DO packages....Wish I had the luck I have had with tresaure keys and stuff like that in getting a Gjallerhorn. Another guy in my normal NF group got one today.

Since I got my 1st and 2nd Ghorn on April Fools last month, Ive gotten 2 more. Its pretty outrageous. One at last week's Nightfall, and one on tuesday on my first Prison run. If I could trade you one I certainly would man.

I cant believe Im at a point where getting Gjallarhorn from a drop is disappointing. The only exotic gun from pre HoW that I need is No Land Beyond. I cant believe Im hoping to the great RNGesus for a No Land Beyond.



Question: can you redo the other PoE difficulties and get the rewards over and over or is it once a week? I havent done them yet because I cant get friends together to do it. I kinda got iced out of the 4 man raid group at had going from TDB...

I like the Queen's Wrath is going to be slow. Once you get through the bounties, that's it until the reset. Sometimes to strive towards.

As long as you have a treasure key you can run it as much as you want. Its just a matter of farming keys.

Doesnt look like the large chests have different loot tables outside of the cores and etheric lights either. Got Patience and Time and Her Mercy from the 28, friend got Her Mercy and Suros from the 32

That's awesome glad you guys were able to get it done. Had a good run with Burns last night too, he did work on the boss while me and our other cleared adds and then shot at the boss.

FYI for everyone: I did some reading last night and there are two separate sets of end game gear. It's possible to get elemental damage on the fallen weapons like the wolfslayers claw. Someone had a void one that I saw which is good news.

You can get packages from the House of Judgement similar to the factions that can drop you armor and weapons I believe.

Really digging the DLC so far and there's still more left to do on Friday.

Haven't even touched the raids. I'm really not a raider, but I do my fair share when I can. I haven't even thought about them tho. It's so much content. I have so many new weapons already and its hard to decide if I want to keep any old ones lol. My drops this week have been so crazy. Most exotics I've gotten in 2 days lol.

I also FINALLY GOT MY GJALLARHORN.

I maxed in about 5/6 hours because I knew I would need it for level 34 and it's almost impossible to beat it without at least 2. You can beat it but it will take a LONG time lol

I got a Shotgun, Auto Rifle, Fusion Rifle, Sniper and 2 Pulse Rifles from Salvage before the DLC even dropped.

Then I played 2 matches of control the day it dropped. One match they actually dropped me into a losing team and we ended up winning lol. I had 14 kills with a KD of 14.0 lol (Mostly heavy weapon kills, Truth is a beast) After that match it dropped me ANOTHER shotgun so I'm loving House of Wolves right now lol...

I've gotten two Shotguns and an Auto Rifle so far. And Dragons Breath.... 34 boss isn't that bad once you figure it out. Just gotta make sure you get the adds first, and then just work on him with snipers.

My only complaints are still that there isn't a new 6 man PvE, and the way the treasure keys are handled. That the only way to get them is to grind and hope for RNG is ridiculous. I could understand if it was only extra keys, but with bad luck you could end up not getting keys to run PoE that week and doing it without opening that large chest feels like you are only getting half the rewards.
