1,315 hours and still no gally. Interest is waning faster now.

I got my first about 2 weeks ago after playing heavy from day one. Though I've found myself not using it much after getting it. Im usually running an exotic somewhere else. Guess that comes from not having it for so long.

However, Destiny has decided im not getting a Hawkmoon nor the Bones of awesome for my Hunter, so I know the feeling. Still have fun, just not for hours and hours at a time anymore.

Yeah, I would want it for PvE stuff, I run TLW, Sniper and Tomorrow's Answer/Jolders Hammer for PvP. Its more I'm just tired of the grind at this point. That is a lot of time, starting to move on to other games now, have no energy to even run my 3rd NF this week after double special legendaries on my first two.

Yeah, I would want it for PvE stuff, I run TLW, Sniper and Tomorrow's Answer/Jolders Hammer for PvP. Its more I'm just tired of the grind at this point. Just don't give up man. I was playing since day one as well and went a solid like 9+ months and has given up. Then I did normal mode Crota and got it at Ir Yut all of my friends were going crazy for me since I was the only one without one at that point. Then of course I got another 3 days later from Nightfall. Most satisfying feeling I've had since playing this game don't quit now!

Eh. You can get 20 in like 2 days. I made a new character friday, in like 7 hours over the weekend in Control I was level 20. Now getting ascendant gear, thats the challenge

Gally is so evasive and random. I've had mine for over two months and have already ascended it up to 365 and have all the perks like lock on. BUT, I don't get other weapons that I see a lot of people have so I guess it's the roll of the dice. In the same week I got the horn, I also got Truth and Dragon's Breath. I have since dismantled Truth, which I wish I wouldn't have now that I have three characters.

I just wish there were more ways to get Etheric Light every week than PoE. I'm not a big fan of PoE. I've gotten all of my etheric light from Iron Banner and it'll continue that way for me.

I get pretty good weapon drops. I just can't get an exotic bounty.

Gally is so evasive and random. I've had mine for over two months and have already ascended it up to 365 and have all the perks like lock on. BUT, I don't get other weapons that I see a lot of people have so I guess it's the roll of the dice. In the same week I got the horn, I also got Truth and Dragon's Breath. A 9-0 run on Trials of Osiris will net you 3 etheric light a week. I've gone flawless 6 or 7 times and I now have 20+ etheric light with nothing to use them on. Three 365 fatebringers, VoC at 365 all my exotics up to 365, maxed Crota gear for light level 42, New IB gear up to 42 light....I don't even bother with PoE anymore. I am only still playing the game to get a fatebringer and practice my PvP. I'm tired of the grind and its the grind that has me rethinking TTK.

Not to sound whiny, but I've put the time in, I've helped people, I've sherpaed, I've been sherpaed, I've spent 2+ hours on a monday giving away the Gorgon CP before a reset. I'm out of things to do in the game and my desire for the Gally is being outweighted by my frustrations at this point.

I hate this game man, just when I think I'm out...it pulls me back in.

I'm back like Ma$e. Had a set back with my PS4 but got a new one today. I played on Xbox for a few days because I had that itch, but man will it be nice to have all my weapons and friends again.

What was wrong with your PS4 buckets? It just died out on u? I thought PS4's were pretty reliable. I know they come with a 1 year warranty

They are reliable, user error. I was transporting it from a friends house and I was carrying too many things and SPLAT. Didn't work anymore after that, it was past the warranty period and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have covered that anyway. Luckily GameStop still took it and I got over 200+ for it. So I just paid the different to get a new one

You mentioned something here. The grind. It's crazy. Also, didn't know ToO could net Etheric Light. I'll look into playing that.

The way I see it, I could grind and try and get the few things I don't have; but I don't really need too. I've beaten every part of the game, and there really just isn't anything else I need to do. 3 max characters, I've beaten PoE, Crota Hard, and VoG Hard. I've done every strike on Nightfall. I've essentially beaten the game; I'm not really a completionist, I don't really have much desire to get every item. So I just haven't really wanted to play this over another game.
