Yeah but the last thing I wanted to do after finally getting those bounties by beating that bastard Skolas, was MORE Prison of Elders. Talk about groundhog day. POE wasnt fun enough to demand that for some c rank exotics.

Its like finally getting the Crux of Crota and only being able to upgrade Eidolon Ally by doing more Crota raids. Insanity.

I am watching the RedBull/Twitch Destiny - Rift competition today. While I get and understand some of the frustration around the changes to Destiny, this stuff just looks fun. This is really Destiny 1.5 and I am treating like a new game and I am really excited.

Yeah, there are lots of new weapons I'm excited about and despite all my negativity still plan to take the 15th off to grind out at least one character to 40 (if possible) or run the raid until my group taps out.

Just feel like some of these changes are unnecessary or even worse designed for additional DLC. Like more Year 1 exotics go to Year 2 in the DLC that follows TTK.

Having tons of fun, had a couple great matches with 18+ kills and 5+ captures...not too shabby after taking 4 months off I reckon.

Yeah...I want the sleeper simulant. Plus currently, I have all my hunter exotics, and exotic weapons minus 4th horseman and NLB. So I've really slowed down playing a lot. Went after a crux despite it not being upgraded. Of course another fail. 8th attempt. Not stressing though, I just want the new stuff to come out


Edit: oh yeah. Hunters get a ninja vanish! and commando roll! So I really want TtK to come out

Some of the confusing decisions by bungie are a bit of a ****stain, but I'm pretty excited to get back into the game and play some new stuff.

I hope they nerf exotic handcannons to near unusable levels. Even harsher than the auto rifle nerfs. Just remove them from the game. Same for shotguns. Im done with these "sprint around the map blink shotgunning" strategies. Get them the hell out of Destiny please.

If they had to destory Ghorn for what it did to PVE, do the same for what Thorn and Matador did to PVP.

I agree with shotguns, because the damage range combination is unreal.

Hand cannons, I don't get the hate. To me, they take more skills then when Suros or Vex were the primary weapons. Suros had zero kickback, it was the easiest weapon to use (outside of the original Vex). At least with the Last Word, you need to aim and compensate for the kickback.

The range on hand cannons is ridiculous. Don't get me started on Thorn, I believe the range on that is the same as scout rifles. The range on TLW is too much as well even according to it's stats it shouldn't be. Hand cannons are supposed to be powerful up close and short range. Anything medium range should be auto rifle/scout territory.

Yeah range on Hand Cannons is problematic. Similarly as Mark mentioned travel time on bullets should be looked at. You pull the trigger on an across the map shot and BOOM instant impact. But that is something for every weapon.

To me all shooters have this gun issue. I'm not sure how they address it without making another class of guns overpowered. Nerf Hand Cannons and Shotty's and the next thing you know it'll be an auto rifle; fusion rifle game. Same complaints will be made, different guns.
