The Alpha felt like Borderlands, which I didn't like. Hope the beta changes my perception. Halo grew on me so I'm hoping Destiny ends up being the same.

Yeah multiplayer sucks very much at least the mode they allow you to play. And damn those vehicles are ridiculous. Lol. I hope they add more to the beta though.

My install took five hours and when I was finally able to play, Bungie servers were down. Good first night of the beta!

You have to make it to Level 5 I believe before they give you that option.

Feeling kind of dumb here how do you switch from Grenades to throwing knifes for the hunter class ?

I believe R1 is throwing knife and L1 is grenades. Both have to charge.

Yep level 5. Crucible won't show up as an option until you got back home (whatever it's called) and approach someone and they give it that option.

Probably going to go ahead and cancel this pre order. I like the game and have fun playing, but I need to wait and see if it's going to entertain me for a long period of time. Multiplayer to me has always been a secondary type of thing that I do a little of every now and then in these MMO type of games.

Plus with NHL releasing on the same day in can just wait and see a little bit what the full content of this game is like.
