Yep, trials is that and then some. Not only the highly competative aspect of it. But then you will on occasion run into laggers, and people who will DDOS your team. You see the best and worst of Destiny during trials weekends.

God, I'd gladly trade one of my LoW for a Meteor. My buddies have both gotten multiple Meteors now, and despite frequent special weapon exotic engrams, I keep getting the damn 4th Horseman over and over.

The Zen meteor is pretty useless unless you want to make a crucible montage. Which sucks because it design is one of the best I seen in a while.

Still chasing a decent LDR/Longbow. Got a Grasp with counter balance, perfect balance and army of one which melts anything that not a Doctrine, Haakon, or Mida. Because of how much I used this gun, I have become terrible with every other gun except auto. My aim with the HC is so bad that I'm forcing myself to get better with them again.

Well, I still haven't gotten a Doctrine, but I said screw it and cashed in my Arminius order I've been holding on to. One of the rolls had counter balance and small bore on it. Too bad it wasn't braced frame, but oh well.

Anyways, I quickly leveled it and jumped into the Crucible, and MAN, I understand why this auto rifle archetype is the current meta. I was wasting people who even had the jump on me with good guns. With the counter balance eliminating the horizontal recoil, all I had to do was be pretty aggressive about compensating for the vertical recoil with the right stick.

Did Trials with two of my buddies last night, and with my Arminius and his Doctrine along with another guy using Hawksaw, we got to six wins pretty easy. Unfortunately we ran into Olympic champion snipers after that, but oh well.

Yup. I've come to terms with not doing well after 6 wins in Trials, as I don't have 8 hours a day to play the game and practice sniping non stop. I can occasionally rip off some good snipes, but it's painfully obvious when you're outclassed.

Props to those who have the skills though. Some of the shots I've seen are ridiculous.

I've seen 7-0 in Trials but got mostly carried by my roommate and some rando, both of whom are god snipers. I'm ****ing awful at Trials.

I snipe pretty damn well, and some of the guys I come across in trials have me thinking "...how?"

Ive given up on winning trials a while ago and just go for the bounties to try for a doctrine even though I have an Arminius w counterbalance/braced frame. (Side note: Soulstealer Claw is the same archetype and I want it too) basically HAVE ALL THE 100/1 AUTOS!

Ran into Kruzer(Youtuber) and his friend today plating rift. Wow did I get completely destroyed. Everyone was just jumping up and it threw off my aim. Couldn't get used to it since I still don't know how to counter this. Though I did bad and was upset the whole game, it was good to teach me a few things.

Been playing with hand cannons and my favorite are Ace of Spade and The First Curse. Ace of Spade feels like a legendary hand cannon but gets the job done, while the First Curse amazing and underated. Glad I'm bad with TLW and Hawkmoon. I can't hit anything with Hawkmoon. Guess im rushing my shots, but it still hard to hit cause the reticle. Going to have to spend more time playing with it to understand it playing style. The Lord High Fixer and Eysaluna are great to. Just need some good rolls on them.

How do you counter the Mida? This is the only gun despite Doctrine or Haakon that I can't beat. It destroys me at all ranges and I can't stop it.

All these click bait videos about the Rise on Iron are just hilarious. They makes it seem like no body guessed it was fallen theme or that it had anything to do with Lord Salidin and the Iron Lords. Unlike with the TTK, I'm just going to avoid any news about this and just just till I play it. Wonder how the raid weapons are going to look. This looks like the last major DLC and I hope Bungie ends destiny with a bang.

Hawkmoon is my go to weapon in crucible. Absolutely crush people with it.
