Some people might call me a wimp but this series scares me LOL. However I would love for the boss fights to be 5 times as difficult as they have been in RETURN for a save point right before the boss fights. What I mean is, I don't mind dying 65 times over 5 hours fighting the same boss. What I don't want to do is spend 10 minutes each time to get back to the boss to do die 65 times in a row lol.

Re: Dark Souls II
Simply not true. This new Dark Souls IMO is more like Demon's Souls than Dark Souls.Loving the game so far, my only issue is I hate how they changed leveling, not a fan of having to warp back to base everytime. I heard the game was easier.. Ive probably died a few dozen times and I havent even come close to a boss yet, and ive beaten demon souls and dark souls. Re: Dark Souls II
Hahaha are you kidding me. This forest is so much easier than what I was dealing with. I eventually got to the boss on the other path but I probably died like 50 times getting there. I was wondering how people was getting through that quickly if that was the first area

Re: Dark Souls II
So I've died about 8 times in a row, and each time my health goes down when I start out again. And the only way to become human again and to get my health back to full I have to use one of those human effigy things? What if I run out of everything and can't buy any more? Is there something I'm missing?Comment

Re: Dark Souls II
Thats the situation im in at the moment, I have half a bar, no gems and 2 estus flasks, your best bet is barely going in, killing than going back to the fire to gather up some souls at the least. So I've died about 8 times in a row, and each time my health goes down when I start out again. Re: Dark Souls II
A valid point, but I think that mechanic is exactly what makes this game so great. They make you earn your boss fights. And the feeling of knowing that it could be another 10 minutes until you get another shot makes the boss fights all the more horrifying. Some people might call me a wimp but this series scares me LOL. Re: Dark Souls II
This isn't a viable long-term strategy as enemies now can be "hunted out."Oklahoma State Cowboys 2011 Big XII Champions, 2012 Fiesta Bowl Champions

You could also try summoning help as well. I've seen a fair share on summon signs down.Oklahoma State Cowboys 2011 Big XII Champions, 2012 Fiesta Bowl Champions

Re: Dark Souls II
Thats true, the area im in is such a case. Cant say i care for that feature very much, having finite resources in a souls game.
On your equipment screen, at the bottom theres tiles with a belt icon, thats your quick access, it maps to to down on the dpad to rotate and square or X to use.Last edited by K0ZZ; 03-11-2014, 04:16 PM.Bulls|Bears|Cubs| Blackhawks|Huskies|Horned Frogs|
