PVP i hate players who simple goal is to Back stab only.

Glad they improve it to where its not automatic like DS.

With ability to upgrade Bonefire it kind of pointless to start NG+ yet when i can just upgrade the Bonefire n each location. I know whenever I do start NG + the levels will increase depending on how much times I raised level. But if u can get items from dif levels this way no need to start it over.

I agree with one of posters above that DS boss were harder and made u feel some kind of way. DS 2 bosses some of them its kind of like blah

I kind of miss where you had to repair your gear yourself. This repair every time u use a bonfire kind of sucks some life out of survival that DS had in it.

Wish had better move sets for dual weapons.

Speed should play more of role for those who are heavy med lite with equipment burden.

think i'm go to level 175-200 b/4 i start new game+

I loved Demons Souls. Really liked Dark Souls as well though I never finished it. I really hate those poison areas where your health just keeps depleting rapidly because of the toxic atmosphere. That really turned me off on Dark Souls and frustrated me enough to where I quit playing it, which I now regret. Such great gameplay. I would give DS2 a look but I have moved on to the PS4. I would love to see a Demon/Dark/Dark2 rerelease on the new consoles.

I loved Demons Souls. Really liked Dark Souls as well though I never finished it. I really hate those poison areas where your health just keeps depleting rapidly because of the toxic atmosphere. Blighttown still still sucks

A question for BlackNGold and others, is there a shield that goes with the Syan set? They drop everything except the shield and the only one mentioned is the GSOG. That and while farming

Earthen Peak for sorceress gear, the scantily clad flame ladies have a rare attack where if you get too close, they draw you in for a kiss and then explode fire in your face

I'd bet there is about a 95% chance you will see DS2 on next-gen, at the very least. I've seen interviews with them where they made the game with next-gen in mind - though, they made it seem like that was more for the sequel than DS2, but still. Would be really surprised if it didn't happen, given how well it has sold.

I think DS 3 will probably be a Ps4/X1 release before they would port DS 2, though the message boards/community would be in a tizzy if they did seing as how the graphics shown prerelease are not what was shipped. Its a big complaint for some.

PC players wont care as they will hack the resolution files eventually like they did for Dark 1

Yeah someone tried to compare the Gutter and Black Gulch to Blighttown. Not even close in my opinion. The Gutter is just dark and in Black Gulch you can at least break the statues.

. You actually bring up a good point about Gutter and Black Gulch. After going through NG+ and farming for a decent amount of time, a bunch of areas really come off as short and uninspired at times. The Gutter was nothing and the worst thing in The Gulch was the poison. Even a place like

I agree. I'm more interested in the possibility of having better AI scripts, at least allowing for more complex boss AI/strategies or enemy thinking with the next gen consoles. It was a bait and switch, even if they were TGS/E3 builds. It made torches useless. The only place I used a torch was going after

I think we'll probably see the ultimate "Dark Souls" kind of experience on DS3. I'm not saying it will be their best game yet, but you can probably expect an exaggerated version of what we've already seen.

I expect one, fairly large, connected world with with little loading outside of warping. The boss fights, like Lambert said, will probably be different because of enhanced AI. I don't really want DS3 to be this massive sprawling universe, because I don't think that's what is so great about the series.

I'm jealous of the 60fps on PC. I do get mild headaches from the ps3 version and wish that they could find a way to get DS2 onto the ps4 since I don't have a PC.

Champions Covenant, I'm enjoying punching things in the face. It is simple off line, just take out Rhoy in Grave of Saints and the Bowman right by a bonfire in Pharros for the 30 awestones. You get a really nice damage boosting ring.

Welp after hating this game at the beginning this has turned into my favorite game that has come out in a while. I have become a pretty strong sorcerer with my int almost to 50 and attunement almost to 40. Oh and
