    do you have the sniper rifle in your inventory. i think you have to get it out of the locker at the start of that level.
    i didnt even bother using it. I just shot the guy after storming into the room. haha

    i think to use the sniper you have to unpack it from the suitcase first??
    then push r3 to get in view, then push the up arrow to zoom in. I may be wrong on that though.

        Ah, definitely forgot you mentioned the binoculars bug.

        I'm not sure what you mean by unpacking the sniper rifle. From the menu?

        I picked it up from the locker. I should have it. I can't even find it when I'm looking through my inventory.

            huh. ill have to check whe i play it again,
            ive been playing all 3 games so its a bit confusing,
            but i think you press square when you come to the sniper case in your inventory, and it unpacks it?
            i may be totally wrong on that though.
            only other thing i can think of is you accidentally dropped it or you dropped it while picking something up in the locker

                Hmm very possible I dropped it at the locker.

                I'll replay again and double check my inventory before leaving the locker.

                    I restarted the mission and its possible I dropped the sniper rifle when I went to use my ballers.

                    It all worked out now. Thanks for the help.
