    Next-Generation Pokemon?

In a New Year greetings card posted in Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream, the developer has reportedly told everyone it intends to work towards evolving the Pokémon world in the year 2013.

Details are incredibly scarce at the moment but this news will no doubt spark a whole lot of speculation. Could Pokémon be making another move into the home console market with Wii U? Perhaps the main series will grace the two screens of the 3DS with a different visual style? We're looking forward to finding out which direction the series will be taking next.
It looks like Pokemon may finally be making the jump to consoles. It may just end up being a 3DS release, but either way, its supposedly being announced January 8th.

A console RPG would be awesome, if it was designed the right way.

I was never a big Pokemon Stadium or Pokemon Snap fan.

Unfortunately, it would likely be a Wii U release and I would never play it.

I would buy a Wii U just for that, lol.
