I just saw that last night. I'm new to the KZ series. I've only had my PS4 for a week and I wasn't planning on getting it because I'm splitting time with the BF4 campaign and NBA 2k14. I may just get this game while it's on sale and not play it until I've finished BF4. Gotta take advantage of these types of deals when the come around.

Seriously considering picking this up.

But I have 2 concerns.

1. I heard it's kind of boring (SP mode)
2. I heard it's kind of easy.

Insight anyone? It would be appreciated.

If only interested in SP I would wait for another price drop both concerns are true. MP now another story = no aim assist step your game up

Yeah if you want it for single player then don't get it. MP is the best around IMO, check out my YouTube channel in my sig. Have plenty of videos of shadowfall.

Killzone Shadow Fall Patch v1.09 is out

By Bart Suichies on Feb 6, 2014 1:06:19 PM Killzone Shadow Fall patch v1.09 has been released today. This update not only fixes various important bugs like the vc30 with the flashlight attachment and collision issues, but also marks the first step of our Clan system.
<hr> Here are some of the major new features we are delivering through Patch 1.09:

• Clans
  While already available through the website, the functionality is now also implemented in-game. You can invite clan members to a party and clantags are now also added to the player name within the game. It can be viewed in the player card, in the friendslist, etc. You can check your friendlist by pressing touchpad or check the player card through the main menu (go to multiplayer > choose a warzone > press square > show the leaderboard & find the player you are interested in > press cross to open the player card).
• Warzone discoverability
  We have visually changed the main menu of the Multiplayer and added a top-bar from which you can browse and create new warzones. Also, we expanded the number of recommended warzones to 9 and move the friendslist to the top-right corner. This should make it easier to discover new warzones.
• New Warzone options: parties allowed
  Players can now select the option to allow parties to join a warzone. Just go to Multiplayer > Create your warzone > go to settings with R1 > Check ‘Parties Allowed’ at the bottom.
• Checkpoint saving
  We have added additional checkpoint saving to save on every revive event, giving more save points throughout the campaign.
• Ability to lock to 30FPS in campaign mode
  To guarantee a steadier framerate in the campaign mode, players can now lock their game to 30fps via the options menu.
• VC30 exploit fixed
  The exploit that let users with a VC30 equipped with the flashlight increase their range has been fixed.

Also, we’ve fixed some bugs that should improve overall performance and rid the game of some collision/exploits in various maps.

Thanks man. I created a clan this morning and sent invites to almost all who put their name down in the Non-Sports Online Forum. For some reason when I tried to add some names it said their PSN id didn't exist. Don't know what is up with that.

I created a Warzone called, "Vektan Sunrise" as well.

2:00 Warzones all game modes, 5 on 5, Low Health, 1 life per round, Friendly Fire On, No Abilites, and no Sickle Shotguns.

I have only played with bots but I like how the game feels. It is like Counterstrike on Steroids.

For those waiting for sale, Best Buy has it for 39.99. I had some rewards cash and picked it up for 24.99. Had it initially at launch, but got a great trade in deal for it.

Now, I plan to actually play it. Glad they have a Botzone, for when the online numbers dwindle.

Anytime I think I'm improving this game humbles me with the quickness. Have some good rounds with a positive k/d ratio only to stink it up with a couple 9 kills 18 deaths rounds. Starting to except the fact I'm a .80 k/d ratio kind of player.

And players who play as support that won't revive you when they're standing 2 feet away and no enemy is anywhere around are the worst.

Yeah I just love the feeling when you see a medic getting closer. And then the same medic runs right past you and gets further away.

It appears all maps have been unlocked for 24 player team death match. I searched Google to see if maybe the developers are doing this as a one time event or as a test with no luck on finding any info. As someone who primarily plays team death match it's a welcomed addition if it lasts.
