debating on picking this up,I enjoyed Killzone 3's MP....and was wondering if this title still has an active MP.

It's definitely more of a hardcore game, like Gears of War. You have to work to be good.

Just bought this for $25 at Gamefly....is it true this is the best single player campaign of the 3 shooters on PS4?

I'm horrible at shooters but lately I want to shoot things, just not competitively.,.haha

You can play with offline bot's where it's just you with and against the AI. You can setup the game however you like as well. Nice feature to have especially if you don't want to play against real people.

Guerrila Games have been actively working and supporting the multiplayer of Killzone: Shadow with free additional maps, DLCs and various weekend challenges. Recently they released The Insurgent Pack, the first of many DLCs to come which are all included in Season Pass. Now they are offering a survey to see what game mode would players like to see next in Killzone: Shadow Fall’s multiplayer.

The million dollar question is:

Which game type from the following selection would you like to see in Killzone Shadow Fall as a dedicated option next? The top voted selection will be added to Killzone Shadow Fall this weekend!

I hope they bring assassination back.

They should also do something like obliteration for BF4. Have a bomb randomly spawn on the map and both teams compete to destroy a target.

Love how GG is supporting this though. The content just keeps coming.

Insurgent Class is so much fun. You start out with no primary, but you pick up weapons and they are yours until you run out of bullets. Same with abilities. You can get some crazy combinations.

It opens up a whole new way to play.

seems easier to just commit suicide and get combination you want as some of the combinations people use are idiotic

Yes, there are people playing this.

But, for some reason GG decided to remove Classic Warzone from its official servers. It is still available but it isn't dedicated. This makes no sense because this is the purest game mode. 24 players are basically a cluster ****.

Hate to bump an almost 2 month thread but I've been a long time KZ player and picked up a PS4 and started playing SF and looking for people to party up with and play. Psn= Composure

New patch was released today. here's the patch notes & tease for new maps in the future. http://mp1st.com/2014/07/03/killzone...w-maps-teased/ The patch notes are as followed.
• Fix 180 degree spawn camera
In MP when you spawn you won’t be facing the opposite direction of which the camera was facing.
• Added a message on spawn in coop
A special message will appear when you are incapacitated which will make it more clear that if you choose to spawn you will need to pay or wait for a revive.


• Tier icons now unlock correctly
It is now easier to see which guns you are able to unlock.


• Flow of end of round


The flow of the end of the round is now much smoother.


• Fixed several bugs
Patch 1.30 fixes several minor bugs related to Intercept and multiplayer.

They also noted that this patch adds support for new maps, suggesting that there will be more than one. Down below you can view the first tease for “The Terminal”, which suggests will feature deadly trains.

Still don't know why you can't Finish off a downed enemy. That was one of the best thing about the series.
