Multiplayer Madness !!

I have a dilemma, I was hoping you OS'ers could solve.

My friends and I have been playing NCAA 2004 like crazy the past 2 months. It has become the game of choice, by far. Now, with football season over, I want to broaden the gaming experience. We usually get together on the weekends and waste alot of time on the Playstation 2. What multiplayer games am I missing out on? Maybe even a Top 5 list.

NFL Street looks like it could be a strong contender, but I need a game for this weekend.

Any of the Midway sports games are quite fun multiplayer: NHL Hitz Pro, Hitz 20-03, Blitz, Slugfest, soccer.

You can't go wrong with NBA Street or NBA Street 2 as a multiplayer game, either.

My friends and I usually play a team shooting game, like Halo, R6, or Socom partly because when you get pissed at them for a stupid move, you can shoot em'....

you could get College Hoops or March Madness (I like College Hoops, but either would work) and play college bball, to keep up the college theme. My friends and I in college used to play as totally random matchups in NCAA 2003, and you have even more random teams in bball
