Actually anytime Nintendo comes out with a system I'll get it. Loyalty I guess from my early years...
I have Super Monkey Ball2, Mario Party 5, Zelda- (and the remakes of N64 Zeldas)
Animal Crossing , Mario Kart and SW Rogue Leader games.

I still play my XBOX the most, Then Gamecube with my daughters and then the PS2. The only games on PS2 I have are Britney Dance beat for my girls and MLB Baseball 2004(Yes I still have it and it still has given me the most fun of all the baseball games this past year, but that's just me.. )

some of my favorite games from this generation are on the GC. Pikmin, Metroid, Zelda and Viewtiful Joe are worth the purchase price alone.

I bought a GC near launch but later traded it in for an Xbox. There's a lack of sport games on the Cube. Plus you can't beat having a harddirve.

I did recently purchase a GB: SP which is great.

But I think for home consoles, Nintendo should pull a Sega. Their system has barely any 3rd party support and they are behind the times. In todays age, gamers are more interested in violent games than kiddy type games. I remember leading up to last years E3 their president said they would recognize the need for mature games, and then they only had RE4. Nintendo is going to get killed in the next round of console wars.

What I don't get about Nintendo fanboys, is that they say Nintendo is good because they make the best games and when ever they lose 3rd party support they always say who cares because they bought the Cube to only play Nintendo games, well according to that wouldn't it be to their benefit for N to go 3rd party, so they would only have to buy one system instead of two to play the games they want?

Well Nintendo is already working on their next system. They said the moment they don't make home consoles is the day they quit. Well I can tell you after they get slaughtered in the next round of console wars, they will have no choice but to go 3rd party like Sega.

Their next console is going to be gaming only.

I wish they went 3rd party in the next round because I like their games like Mario and Zelda, but their systems are terrible for sport/mature/3rd party games.
