cheap headset

Currently have a two month live card and I want a headset but 30 bucks for the microsoft one seems way too much to me. A used cd store has a used microsoft one for 18 is there anywhere I can find one cheaper?

the key is you need the plug in adapter that goes into the controller, if you have that, then you can use any cell phone headset with the jack that size. I broke my Live headset, and just picked up a cheap ear headset at radio shack. Without the controller plug in you're up the creek

dang i dont have the adapter. I guess i'll have to sack up and pay the 30. By the way everyone watch the season premiere of chappelle's show tomorrow nite on Comedy Central.

There is a MadCatz headset that is $5. It's decent, you get what you pay for. You can find it at places such as Best Buy.
