Extinction mode is so damn fun and Nightfall has been a challenge. I still haven't beaten yet, can't get out the lab... so does OS just not play that game mode because most of this thread is people complaining about multiplayer.

I enjoy extinction and I didn't find the campaign bad at all (pretty good for a multiplayer centric game). Multiplayer is just a mixed bag of great and awful so it leads to a lot more conversation because it's so hit and miss. (granted it's not really the games fault but more or less the pains of playing with random people)

I don't have onslaught yet since it drops Thursday on the PS4 but extinction is what I'm looking forward to the most.

Is it just me or are the maps pretty awful? I mostly stick with TDM and the majority seem way to large and encourage camping.

The maps really are just a jumble of crap thrown on a maze. They definitely don't help with camping but unfortunately the only stats that COD keeps track of is K/D ratio and rewards not dying with kill streaks. Both combine for a game, regardless of objective, leads to people camping and protecting the only thing that matters which is K/D.

I only play cranked and HC domination anymore. Cranked at least punishes campers and HC domination is more fun and strategic for me then regular. Still campers galore but I no longer fight it. I can tell in the first minute or two the intentions of my team and if they are there to treat domination as TDM I just move on.

Yeah extinction looks interesting. Probably the only reason I'm going to get the pack.

Im a little pissed that the other cod came with zombies but this cod the "zombies" type game mode is DLC.

Black Ops 1/2 had zombie mode DLCs too which advanced the story.

IW did just what Treyarch did, give one episode of the co-op with the base game i.e. Point of Contact and then add to the story via episodic releases such as the Nightfall episode.

BTW beat the Breeder last night and that **** was cra.

To unlock extinction you also have to go to campaign or something. Like if you were gonna play it. Then it'll pop up saying it's unlocked and it'll be on the main menu

I've been playing a lot of TDM and Gun Game and can barely keep my K/D over 1, I seem to be struggling a lot more then on the old versions.

My K/D on Hardcore TDM is a 1.92 is very simple stop playing with randoms that can't communicate and call out enemies. Usually when I play im playing with at least 2 other people I know. Now I got my X-1 I feel like I got to get 20 kills a game on my own and it can be a struggle playing with people who run around like a chicken with thete head cut off.
