Rented this game last night and I was floored!!!!

The gameplay was fast, tight, responsive and there is never a dull-moment, even in defeat. I'm generally not a fan of FPS at all but this Titanfall may change that for me. I love the team-work aspect of the game, the titans, plus the adding in of grunts/bots etc to make the map field open and constantly engaging.

Question for 360 gamers: Does your version of Titanfall allow you to save the game to your HDD? Mine did not give me the option at all but I'm not sure if it's because it's a Redbox rental. This is odd because I've never come across this for any game on the 360. My disc drive has been giving me problems lately and I would prefer to burn to the HDD to avoid issues.

Man I had an Xbox record that moment last night but forgot to record. I saw a guy from the other team get on the zip line and I got on it and hit the cloak and as soon as he got in range I blasted him with the shotty. Epic s*&t.

After a week of playing this, I still can't tell the difference between any of the maps. They all just feel exactly the same.

I've never once thought that, I really enjoy all the maps except for one or two. Now the map rotation could be better, with the new matchmaking I tend to see a lot of the same maps during a session.

I really like how the regen challenges are set up. I'm about halfway through gen2 now and just started using the shotgun, a weapon I've never really had any interest in on any FPS but I find myself enjoying it.

I haven't played a ton yet, but I just find every map/session is crazy fun. I never do the same thing twice.

I haven't been on many teams where we talked yet, but it's really fun to just run through on your own and try to capture points (I prefer hardpoint mostly).

The feel of this vs. other FPS online is different somehow. I don't feel it'll get that old/stale.

I'm at the end of 4 now and it's going to take some time to move to Gen 5. It requires using a weapon that I've NEVER used in any shooter because I'm not good with it. So far I'm enjoying the experience though.

Yes, definitely still loving this game, but I have yet to find a team of people to run with. Oddly enough, not a lot of guys using the mic.

The ones that do usually have nothing good to say and I end up muting them straight away. The amount of arrogant dickheads you run across in FPS games is just astounding.

I feel you, aside from looking different I haven't found much that stands out. There's one map that has a tower that I like to wall jump up to. Otherwise the maps are just blah.

You guys sure you aren't playing COD Ghosts? LOL! The two of you are the first people I've come across that didn't like the maps.

I agree that maybe Colony and Angel City are very similar but I've found a lot of variety in the maps myself especially Lagoon, Boneyard, Corporate just to name a few all have significant differences in layout and landscape.

I wish these sales they had on the game dropped the price a bit more for PC.

I can't justify paying more than $15/20 on this game. Lowest sale I've found thus far is the $37.99 or whatever they're running right now.

I certainly understand why you and many others feel that way considering there is no single player offline campaign. FWIW I paid $60 for the XB1 and haven't felt shortchanged one bit.
