Man this game is a blast...the day/night cycle is incredible and a game changer...

The first time you get caught out at night away from a safe zone is a real gut check moment...

The game changes once you get some good gear and gets your level up. You start the game not wanting to be out at night all the time and if your are out at night, you wanna run for your life. Level up a few more times and find some good loot and you go from being the hunted to being the hunter. You don't even become scared of the night anymore. I usually run around with my flashlight off at night just so the volatiles don't see it.

I love going out at night and finding volatiles to kill.

Neither have my and my brother in-law. Can't wait to though. Night is amazing. Awesome crazy fun.

The mission where we go to the school to find some antizen was amazing fun. The music was so Escape From New York I could not get over it! This game owns me and my brother in-law every weekend.

How can you see with no flash light? I have my gamma and brightness set where it is pitchblack on purpose so its hard. Is there perks to see in the dark?

Once you get to that part, the Night becomes even more amazing.

Lol I can't. I have mines the same and I love how dark the night is. I basically just run around in the dark, using my grappling hook to get around. I hold down X/A when to see where a special zombie is. I just listen out to see if I hear a zombie and turn on my flashlight to find them and kill them. That all I do.

There is the night vision booster your able to craft, but you need the Booster perk.

Also if you don't have the Grappling Hook yet and have boosters unlocked, you need to make these boosters. Speed booster allow you to run forever in a set amount of time and stamina boosters allow you to fight for a set amount of time without getting tired. Pretty damn great if you have to clear out a horde of zombies or get to the other side of the map quickly.

Finally finished the end part you have to do solo. Kind of put this to the side for a bit with ori and gta heists. Wanted to finish before borderlands came out though. Overall I liked how they ended it. Not sure I was really a fan of the solo end sequence in general though. I look forward to continuing coop once my other friends finish their game too.

I need to finish that main mission too. I've got all the side missions completed (finally) and have cleaned up most of the misc trophy stuff I can but still have some like Mount Everest, find all text collectibles, and This is Haraaaaan. Trying to finish that all up before BL drops.

So the other day I rested in a safe house right when my watch was beeping to alert me that night time was here. Then I rested again til morning but here's the thing. My watch is still beeping. Its been three days and still it beeps. Super Nnoying glitch.

I use to stockpile medkits but after the patch I can't find them anywhere for sale. Seems like they upped the emphasis on scavenging.

Yeah they removed medkits for sale it seems. So hunting medic vans and parts seems the choice they're going for

I just finished the main story. I have probably logged 60+ hours into this game.

My final score for it is a solid 8.9

Probably the best game I've played on current gen, and based on the last patch its clear they are dedicated to improving it more and more. I very much hope for lots of DLC and sequels. Great game here

Just beat the game and all the side mission. This game is great and worth the pick up if you haven't got it yet. The atmosphere of this game feels so damn good. You actually feel like your really in the zombie apocalypse. The story of this game is great.

I would give this a 9/10

Was not expecting the game to end like that at all. Was expecting Crane to turn into a zombie after he killed Rais but none the less the game ended good and better than what most people was thinking.

The final battle was severely over-dramatized, just kill Rais and end it. The "suspense" is so cliche and then dude pulls a knife out of him and is chit chatting with Dr Camden.

I absolutely loved this game till the whole ending level then final fight with Rais those parts I absolutely hated.

Does anybody know what is coming with the season pass? I have one but not sure if I want to redeem it sell it depending on what is coming down the road.
